Stayed here for 1 week solo Great hotel .Room excellent on 4th floor clean and spacouse .Cleaned everyday and towels changed daily Was bed and breakfast & breakfast excellent .Checked in smoothly with no issues by excellent male receptonist coyld not be more helpful Pool area great , plenty sunbeds and pool clean and large , food and drinks excellent and resabily price .Central to everything a min walk to the strip .Would i ? ....return absolutely

Hotel is amazing. The staff work very hard and nothing is too much trouble. Breakfast is fantastic together with the evening meal. Only thing is was looking forward to Paella but it was not on the menu. Very good hotel in Benidorm

Spent 3 nights in this hotel recently and very much enjoyed our stay. We arrived and were immediately welcome by a lovely lady in the front desk who checked our group in very quickly. We stayed in a twin room with pool view and the room was pleasant enough. Plenty of space, good shower room and balcony - everything we needed.We stayed on room and breakfast option and I have to say the breakfast at this hotel was superb. Probably one of the best breakfast options I have ever experienced! The food around the pool area was great too - absolutely no issues with food at all. All the staff I interacted with were friendly and helpful. The location is great, directly opposite Cafe Benidorm. We had no disturbances from the outside noise either. Overall a great stay. stayed 14th to 17th august this hotel is brilliant check in out so smooth . all staff so helpful and freindly.rooms spotless .showers powerful.rooms cleaned every day food lovely cant speak anymore highly of hotel and staff.heres the main thing i left 2 pairs swimming shorts in room when i realised i e mailed hotel and cleaner had found them and im getting them returned where else would this happen in benidorm so honest thank you

Really surprised at negative reviews about staff as every single staff member I encountered went out of their way to accommodate-probably the most helpful and friendly staff team I’ve come across. Lovely hotel, so close to all the bars but not right on the strip. Had a top floor room and there was no noise at all. Rooms are basic but have everything you need. No tea/coffee facilities but these weren’t missed. Pool are is even nicer than it looks on pictures. Plenty of sunbeds no matter what time you go. There were plenty of people staying but it never felt too busy. I feel like staff ensure it remains orderly so, even with stag groups staying, it felt calm and civilised. Mostly adult guests from what I saw. Would definitely return.
