Location

The hotel is situated in a animated area of Benidorm, just 250 m away from Levante beach. Within a few metres guests will find a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops, all around the town square. The old town and tourist centre are 10 minutes' walking distance from the hotel.

Facility

22 single rooms and 242 double rooms are located on 11 storeys and can be reached by 6 lifts. English-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services and facilities include a baggage storage service, a currency exchange service, a cash machine, a TV room, medical assistance, a laundry service and a smoke alarm. Amenities include a drinks machine. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to surf the internet and catch up on email. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for a fee (subject to availability).

Rooms

    Rooms too hot and sleepless nights for whole family.

    Now my 3rd time here and will probably be my last.Everything is as good as usual, food, service, pool area etc but the fact the weather has been in the 80' s this week and the air con isn't on has meant for the last 3 days of the holiday I've just been wanting to go home.We have 3 rooms and all have been unable to sleep most of the night as the room is roasting and even having the balcony door open, there is very little cooler air coming in and it is too noisy, right across from Cafe B.All the Servigroup hotels are the same apparently.Will be going home shattered with some bad as well as good memories after what I hoped would be a relaxing family holiday.     3rd stay at hotel orange, stayed as a large group as the hotel is perfect for our needs, location is ideal, hotel is spotless, food is of a good standard (breakfast is excellent) and the staff all very friendly.     Lovely hotel in the perfect location if you want to be in the heart of it all. Rooms nice and clean,Little bit of noise from a couple of the bars but not too much that you can’t sleep.Breakfast was lovely and plenty of options.We went as a group, no problems.
