The hotel is nice staff are friendly but not all people who co.e to Benidorm want to stay out till all hours of the morning some of us want to go out eat nice food and come back to the hotel for a nightcap and don't expect the bar to be shut at 1q15 and then to be told you can go outside anywhere you want to get a drink very disappointed won't stay here again please be mindful of this i don't expect the bar to de open till 1am but 1115 is not good

Fifth time visit. Location good and staff very friendly and helpful. One breakfast went to get a cup of tea took one minute returned to my table my omelette and everything on it cleared away. Lady did say sorry!The evening meal I was there on three occasions and each time the food I chose was dreadful! Shepherds pie. Meat pie. Yorkshire pudding etc Absolutely awful. I'm not a fussy eater and have never complained about hotel food before. Would I stay in this hotel again probably not. Buying I did only b&b. Just got home from a week stay from this hotel, we had a lovely stay came as a family group. Hotel is very clean and smells nice. Staff encountered were all friendly. Perfect hotel for children as the entertainment team are there day and night for them. Front facing room gives gorgous views to wake up to in the mornings. Gets a little bit more lively with stag and hens towards the end of the week and can be rowdy at times but other then that we loved our stay and would stay again this hasn’t put us off.

Think we arrived at the wrong time, the entertainment is very Spanish orientated and barely translate into English, We came with my 12 year old Daughter, she has Autism, she usually makes loads of friends but because all the families around us are Spanish shes been unable to make a single friend, the parents just tell her no English and shush her away. So far we are on our second day and my child just wants to go back home to England.We tried the pool activities but felt unseen around the large Spanish families. The staff didnt really speak much English they just gave us a board to write our names on.The Hotel is Lovely and clean, smells very fresh. The Cleaning staff are very good at their job. The food is nice, but seems slightly repetitive.I dont think we would return again in the Future.
