Location

This hotel is situated in a animated hotel area of Benidorm, just 500 m away from Levante beach, and 200 m from a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops. The old town and tourist centre are 20 minutes' walking distance from the hotel and right next to the outdoor market.

Facility

Units include 530 rooms, including 64 single rooms and 381 double rooms, located in a 17-storey main building and 5 auxiliary buildings. In the air-conditioned hotel, guests are welcomed in the lobby with -hour reception desk and a -hour check-in/check-out service. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas (no extra charge). The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops as well. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Travellers with their own cars can use the parking spaces (for a fee) (subject to availability). Sport

Plenty of active recreation awaits guests in the pool area's 2 outdoorpools. No matter the weather, swimming is always a possible in the indoor pool. There is also a special swimming area just for kids. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. There is a poolside snack bar as well. Those who prefer to stay active while on holiday can enjoy table tennis or, for a fee, billiards. In addition, jet skiing, banana boat rides and kayaking are offered by third-party operators. Guests can enjoy a range of leisure facilities and activities, including an entertainment programme and live music.

Meals

Dining facilities include a buffet restaurant, a café and a bar. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and full board. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Staff are also happy to provide gluten-free meals. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. For a fee, there are also non-alcoholic beverages and alcoholic beverages.

    Honest review...I've been coming to this hotel about the same time in May for the past four years..Good points..* Hotel Location - EXCELLENT* Hotel Food - EXCELLENT* Hotel Staff - EXCELLENT* Hotel Amenities - EXCELLENT* Hotel Bar - Not rip-prices* Plenty of sunbedsDownside..* Rooms are very dated* Uncomfortable beds* Showers flood if used on full power* Sink plugs do not hold water* Big ant problemAs you can see, the positives out-sell the negatives... It won't stop me going in the future, but does need some money spending on it...     Where to start as soon as I got in to the building I was made to feel welcome by Sebastian at reception he was so helpful and kind I even asked him for directions to a shopping centre and he was there in a heart beat I can't recommend this place enough and also ramom at reception also the food is amazing no matter what time u go down the staff are very welcoming and the hotel I'm glad this is my 2nd time going there best place I wouldn't have it any other way ....     No longer a family hotel.

    We have just arrived back from our weeks stay at the Pueblo. I will start with a few positive points, 1. All the staff we had contact with were excellent. 2. The location is perfect. 3. The food was ok.4. The new terrace is very smart. 5. pool area very good with plenty of loungers, Now for the negative points, 1. The hotel is in my opinion no longer a family hotel it is more geared up catering to large groups of stags and hens. The noise on the corridors after midnight was a joke and often went on to the early hours of the morning,drunken young men and women shouting and slamming doors. 2. Our room was tired looking and somewhat outdated . 3. The lifts are slow and too small. If they are overliaded with only 4 or 5 passengers the are llikely to break down as I got stuck in the right sided lift at least twice. 4. The evening entertainment very average and much of the same. 5. The Amstel draught beer in the bar is flat and and not very nice. 6. Paper thin walls in the rooms, you can hear everything going on next door. We have had several enjoyable stays in the Pueblo in last 5 years but sadly we will probably not be staying there again.The large groups of alcohol fuelled young men and women is not only intimidating its not what you want from your hotel stay..
