The hotel was modernised in 2023. 133 rooms, including 7 single rooms and 119 double rooms, are located on 7 storeys and can be reached by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services such as a baggage storage service, currency exchange service, cash machine and drinks machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) is provided to guests. Souvenirs can be purchased at the gift shop. Children can enjoy the playground. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for a fee (subject to availability). A lovely stay

This was my 4th time staying here and it was far the best one, stayed for 3 nights with a friend, Lisa checked us in and was very friendly, gave us a room with 2 double beds and a pool view,room was spacious and very clean, there is always plenty of sun loungers to choose from, pool area is nice though the water is freezing ?? but once in soon warmed up, always enjoy my breakfast, there's plenty to choose from, staff are friendly, hotel is in a good location, literally a 5 minute walk to the beach, there is a slight hill but not to bad, my one and only negative is that we could smell cigarette smoke when walking along the corridor to our room otherwise a lovely stay.

Staff were incredibly rude!Rooms are very dated, you can hear all sorts of noise through the walls, would never stay here again. I first came to the Rialto just over 2 years ago,lovely Lisa on reception asked if I'd stayed here before.i replied that this was my first time in a hotel in Benidorm as I usually stay in apartments, she said in that case they would have to make a fuss of me so I'd come again.in 2 years I've come back 8 times.This is not because of the great food and location but because of the fantastic staff from the manager, dining room workers,cleaners,bar staff and reception girls like Lisa Marina and Alber.i have never come across more welcoming and friendly staff in any of the many hotels i have stayed in.unfortunatly I have found out from March the hotel will be just b&b so with sadness I will find another hotel.?? Staff and the hotel amazing

The hotel was great and the staff amazing food was lovley but the customer service from lisa was abive and beyond nothjng was too much trouble the hotel are very lucky to have her thank you all again once again
