  We’ve just returned from our 3rd holiday at this hotel & it was just as wonderful as the previous stays. Located right near Poniente Beach, the sea view rooms offer beautiful views of the beach & Benidorm’s skyline. The rooms are spacious as are the balconies, got to love a balcony, it’s a must! The rooms are cleaned daily and fresh towels provided. The Torre Dorada is a smaller hotel in comparison to its neighbouring hotel, however, this, to us only adds to its appeal. The friendly welcome when you arrive, the relaxed atmosphere, there’s no rushing, no stressing. The staff are wonderful. Vincenta at the restaurant, so delightful, we were pleased to see her again. The restaurant staff always on hand to deliver the best service. The food is, delicious, and of good variety . It’s no good being on a diet, the puddings are just too good to miss! The animation team do a great job keeping kids & adults entertained, great job guys??There is some construction works happening in the surrounding area of the hotel but we never heard anything. The hotel location is also far away from the new town, so you’re unlikely to hear any roudy drunk people or groups about, we never have. It’s also situated on a slight incline/hill, so if you have mobility issues you may struggle. Finestrat is another lovely little place, about a 5-10 min walk from the hotel, it has a smaller beach and some shops, bars & restaurants, well worth a visit. Highly recommend this hotel if you are looking for a relaxing holiday, the pool is big & there are always plenty of sunbeds so none of that sunbeds fiasco that you hear of at some places. We’ll be back!!

  Rooms comfortable, spacious and clean. Did not utilise breakfast as it was only served between 8-10am which is useless if you have an early start but did use the bar for food and drink which for a hotel was very reasonably priced and food was delicious. All staff very helpful and friendly. Very relaxed vibe. There were no pool towels provided and could not use room towels so had to buy from their onsite shop for €15 each. Pool area nice, on the smaller side but no issue finding a sun bed. Pool has no shallow end so for younger children or those on the shorter side like me could be an issue. Location wise, very quiet, it took about 20 mins to get into new town, €2 per person per way on bus, stop at bottom of hill, very easy to navigate using google maps but you will need to look out for your stop as driver does not always put the screen on which details the next stop. A few little shops/supermarkets a few mins walk of hotel to get drinks/snacks. Our transfer could not drop off outside hotel. Dropped at grand Bali bus stop (same stop to get bus to town) Hotel is on a steep hill which we were not prepared for. Luckily we didn’t struggle as only had backpacks but if you had heavy luggage or any sort of mobility issues I think you would struggle. There is nothing to do around the immediate area except the beach which again is a steep climb down/up. Overall good stay just not a fan of Benidorm but will certainly book another Servigroup hotel in another area.   This is a fantastic hotel , very clean , nice staff , our room was cleaned every day with fresh towels , the views from our room were breathtaking, breakfast was great , really can’t fault this hotel To get a taxi into the old/new town you ask at reception and the taxi is there in 2mins , under 15 euros , walk down the hill to the beach as it’s easier no need to use the stairs , always plenty sunbeds at the fab pool , highly recommend ????

  Love the hotel. Rooms are spacious and clean. Cleaned and tidied every day. We had a family room, 4 beds with corner balcony. Pool area is spotless, cleaned every night.Entertainment on every night, but didn't go down. We were half board. Usual options at breakfast buffet and lots of choice for dinner. It is a bit of a trek up hills or steps back from the beach area. We got the number 2 or 3 bus from outside the Bali hotel into the centre of benidorm, €2 each, and walked back. Took about an hour with stops for drinks.

  Quiet pleasant stay

  Came in june on a long weekend reception staff were great polite pleasant. Room was cleaned once second day we got no fresh towels waited an hour on them after contacting reception small young girl serving at the pool bar is a disgrace with a rotten attitude huffing when I asked for coffee. The hill at the hotel is huge being laughed at by the gardener when walking with cases wasnt exactly funny. As its no where near the centre I wouldn't stay again
