Location

The hotel is situated in an animated hotel area of Benidorm, just 300 m away from Levante beach, and a few metres from a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops. The old town and tourist centre are 20 minutes' walking distance away and the hotel is only 100 m from public transport.

Facility

This hotel was renovated in 2025. Units include 366 rooms, including 16 single rooms and 344 double rooms, located in a 9-storey main building and an 8-storey auxiliary building. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a currency exchange service and a cash machine. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to surf the internet and catch up on email. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities and 6 lifts. Souvenirs can be purchased at the gift shop. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for a fee (subject to availability). Other services include medical assistance, room service (for a fee) and a laundry service. Daily newspapers will keep you informed.

Rooms

Air conditioning and adjustable central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the view of the city from a balcony or terrace. On request, children's beds can be provided for a fee. A safe and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a mini fridge included among the standard features. A terrace with sun loungers and parasols is available. There is a poolside snack bar as well. Those who wish to stay active while on holiday can enjoy cycling/mountain biking and beach volleyball. Entertainment options and leisure facilities include an entertainment programme and live music.

Meals

A buffet restaurant, a café and a bar are available to guests. The hotel offers a wide range of catering options. Bed and breakfast, half board and full board can be booked. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Diet meals, gluten-free meals and children's meals can be prepared on request. The show cooking is a particularly special attraction. For a fee, there are also non-alcoholic beverages and alcoholic beverages.

    Just back from this great hotel Hotel and rooms are spotless.Great selection of food for breakfast, all you could want, and more.Very spacious pool area, with an all day lifeguard keeping watch.Pool bar with very friendly bar staff and nightly entertainment in the main bar.Hotel is close to everything in the new town and just around the corner from the outdoor market.Can't wait to visit again.

    i first stayed here on my first visit to benidorm in 2008 the hotel is still as good now staff are always pleasent one the most cleanest hotels i have stayed in meals are always good look forward to coming again for another stay

    Nice hotel, very clean. Breakfast lovely. I was staying alone but had family staying in the resort about 5 minutes away. Felt very safe even at 2am coming home. Not keen on the French door rather than sliding door and had to put a chair in front to stop it closing. Also the outside chairs had no arms which made it a bit difficult to get up, I’m not as young as I was and could have done with some purchase ha! Shower brilliant once I’d got it set up in the right temp, flooded room and bathroom initially! No kettle as is the norm in servigroup hotels and as I was only there for three nights I only took hand luggage so no room for my travel kettle.     We stayed here for 5 nights. The hotel is clean and welcoming. Our room was lovely, overlooking the pool. It was cleaned everyday and the maid on our floor was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was exceptional! We liked the pool area and never had an issue getting a sun bed. The snack bar did lovely pizzas and sandwiches. There were a mix of ages in the hotel. The tour operator states in the brochure that stag and hen parties are not allowed but there were both, though they didn’t cause any trouble. They were mainly 40/50 somethings. There is a hotel bar with entertainment every night, mainly frequented by the more mature holidaymaker’s. All staff were friendly and very helpful.
