The hotel was built in 1874. 6 junior suites, 2 suites and 17 double rooms are located on 5 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. A baggage storage service and a safe are available. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing.     Just had 3 fantastic nights at this beautiful hotel. It was a perfect stay. Rooms are lovely, not massive but really nice. Got Cava, chocolate covered strawberries and water on arrival which is a lovely touch. Rooms are clean and very, very comfortable. Lovely crisp bed linen and comfortable pillows and mattress. Breakfast is one of the best I have ever had in Spain. The only criticism I have is that it was not really consistent. Day one ordered scrambled eggs and tomatoes and they were delicious. Day 3 ordered them and they looked like an omlette and didn't really taste nice plus no tomatoes in it. I was quite disappointed. All the staff are lovely and very attentive. Great location in the old town with magnificent views.

    Just returned with my husband after a week here. Location is nice, in the old town however there is a steep path leading to the hotel so it is really not suitable for older people. The hotel is nice however, if you do not have a room with a balcony there is nowhere to dry your bather etc. The food is a bit posh for me and it was the same for the week we were there. Staff are nice but service was very slow. I missed the pool scene, nice pool with a bar close by. The pool was tiny with just a few loungers. I also missed evening entertainment. This hotel is too small for my taste and not enough amenities.
