This single apartment is located in the tourist centre of Benidorm, just 600 metres from Levante's sandy beach. Restaurants, bars, boutiques and shopping venues are all located in the neighbourhood. The bustling town centre lies just 10 minutes away and there is a bus stop located 150 m from the hotel.

Facility

English- and French-speaking staff are happy to assist and advise. Valuables can be stored securely and conveniently in the safe. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are a number of shops as well. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air.     I go to Omo for the restaurant. I have enjoyed the breakfast buffet for a long time. There is a lunch buffet on Sunday — NOT BRUNCH . The hotel has mislabeled it as brunch, but it has no breakfast food so it is not brunch. It is also excessively expensive. I have quit going to Onomo on Sundays because of the lack of variety at the lunch buffet and the fact that the price is unreasonably high. I wish they would either add breakfast items and make it a real brunch, or change the name and lower the price.I have always enjoyed the service in the restaurant. The guys are well trained and friendly.     Straightforward good hotel in Lome

    Easy access from the airport, friendly restaurant and bar, working (commission-free) ATM that handed out clean banknotes, good sized rooms ...... a nice introduction to Togo. Smal touristy shop that might appeal for those staying here on their last night in Togo. The bar was a bit expensive compared with other locations in Togo and the room door didn't close properly (but there was a chain, so no problem).     I stayed at ONOMO Hotel Lomé from 24 to 29 November and it is now my “go-to” hotel whenever I come back to Togo.From the moment I walked in, the hotel felt warm and alive – a real African vibe with style, colour and music, but also a calm, relaxed feeling. It felt like a place that knows where it is: in Africa, and proud of it.The staff were fantastic from start to finish. Everyone I met was friendly, helpful and smiling. I want to give special thanks to Attiogbe at the front desk – professional, calm, kind and always ready to help with a smile. Every time I passed reception and saw him there, it felt like the hotel was saying, “Welcome back to ONOMO.” The other front desk staff were also excellent – always friendly, professional and ready to help.The room was clean and comfortable, the common areas and pool were perfect for relaxing after a busy day, and I always felt well looked after.If you are coming to Lomé, I can honestly recommend ONOMO Hotel – a place with comfort, character and real human warmth.     Friendly staff and clean hotel. I had breakfast lunch and room service and also use the Hotel driver. They were all very reliable, punctual and very nice.     I stayed in one of their Premium rooms on this last trip and it was comfortable, clean, quiet, and cool. The room came with a fridge - which made it more comfortable for the five-day. The staff were friendly, responsive and willing to assist. I’ve always liked that about Onomo. They work with you to ensure you come back to a neat room without rearranging things. The breakfast provided a good variety of options: light, sweet, heavy, and or healthy. This really helps guests who may be on a slim budget because you can eat for the day. If you are having stomach trouble, a light breakfast goes a long way ay to help recovery. I highly recommend Onomo for business stays even if their conference room facilities are not used.
