Abit of a rip off and cheeky.

    rating22 Sept 2025

My 72yr old mother went out to Benidorm for 10days. Myself and my sister joined her for a long weekend which was Friday to Tuesday evening. The studio had no toaster no kettle and the shower well just completely flooded the whole studio as Berni the lady who rents it out or whatever didn't tell my mum you have to shower a certain way!! The double bed was uncomfortable i woke up with a sore back. My sister slept on the sofabed well if you can even call it that! The mattress was sooo thin it is soooo not a sofa bed! We have stayed in much better and nicer places. The only best thing about this studio apartment is that it is on the beach front that is it. Berni then charged my mum and extra £208 for me and my sister to stay. Which we thought was a cheek as we already paid £808. Anyways I will not be staying there again as I found Berni quite rude and inpolite.

Utter nightmare...took my mother for a week to celebrate her 79th birthday. Arrived around 23 30hrs to find that there was no access to the building and no instructions as to where to obtain the keys.Called (On the beach, who i booked through to be sent to the wrong location to pick up keys, called again and was told to go to a different appartment block which was a taxi journey away.On arrival I was told I had to pay a £200 deposit which wasn't an issue but I had not been informed about this when booking. Finally get into the apparment block around 0100hrs to find that the even number elevator was out of order so had to take the odd number one to the floor above ours and walk down a dark spiral staircase outside to get to our apartment.Once inside the apartment I was totally let down big time by the state of it in general, looked as though it hadn't been decorated since the 70s. My mother had to have a lie down on top of the single bed as she was worn out while I sat up all night.First thing next morning we moved out and booked into the Rio Park which was outstanding. So paid for 2 holidays in the end but my mother had a great holiday thanks to the Rio Park.

    Great apartment.

Spent just over 4 weeks in a one bed apartment. Two single beds with a double very comfortable settee bed in the living room. Booked through Roundtown and was met at airport by a driver who had keys of the apartment.Lovely welcome pack from Roundtown in kitchen with bread, milk, chocolates water and more.Good quality Wifi and paid extra for British TV. Hot / cold modern air conditioner plus a fan.Kitchen had large fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker , toaster and all the usual pots and pans, cutlery. Kitchen very small with little room to prepare food, but I managed.Bathroom good size with shower and washing machine.Linen changed once per week. No balcony, but a magnificent view from open sliding doors and the sound of the waves was breathtaking. The lift to the eleventh floor took 45 seconds and worked well.Apartments mainly occupied by elderly Spanish residents.Apartment maintenance staff around during the day.Lovely swimming pool at rear of building and a large car park and charging area for mobility scooters.Front entrance opens up to main beach promenade.Rear entrance leaves you within two minute walk of bars and clubs. Have booked for another month in the same apartment block in the Autumn with Roundtown who were very helpful throughout my stay. You can leave your luggage with Roundtown (whose office is four minute walk away) free of charge for collection on your next visit saving you a lot of hassle.Strongly recommend this apartment block and Roundtown booking agency.

    Good once you get in.

We arrived on Tuesday, booked through OnTheBeach. Apparently we should have received a voucher telling us how to collect the keys, but this never came so we had to call to figure it out. Keys are collected at an office on the end of the sea front, about 5 minutes walk away. There was a €200 damage deposit which we weren’t warned about. Once in, the apartment is basic but perfectly located. We had apartment 22D which is a studio. The kitchen is small but if you’re planning to eat out this won’t be an issue. The views are spectacular. Lifts are small and you can’t get a mobility scooter into them, but there is scooter parking and charging next to the pool - this is charged at €5 for two weeks which is very reasonable. The only downside was the lack of air conditioning - there is a tower fan in the wardrobe which we didn’t find until the last few days of our stay, but even with this the room gets warm at night. I recommend closing the curtains during the day and opening the windows for a while before bed. We would definitely stay again.

    ROOM 22C. NEVER AGAIN

    rating09 Sept 2024

The first night we could not get in as our flight was delayed. The keys were seemingly left in some other block 3 STREETS away so out all night with cases. We got no apologies but did get attitude. We were there 7 days and got no clean bedding or towels. There is no air conditioning and the little fan that you could plug in didn’t work. The lift didn’t work on the even side meaning the whole 26 floors were using the odd lift and having to walk up or down a level, with cases that is a nightmare.
