Horrible hotel and they charge for the gym!!!!

I hated my stay here. The beds have the hardest mattresses I've ever experienced, the food is basic, they tried to charge me to use the gym, the elevators are so slow. The worst part was that reception told me I could pay for drinks at check out and on night two, the food staff told me I had stolen water the previous night!!! I didn't, I signed the docket they gave me and left, thinking I could pay at check out... like the reception staff told me. What a horrible hotel.

checked in by Nora who was extremelu helpful and friendly. Room was on the 19th floor and gave superb views of the Old Town and Poniente. The room was clean, small but met our needs. There weren't many queues for the lifts. Only stayed B&B but the food was good, the coffee excellent and all the restaurant staff were friendlyBy far the best thing though is the location, easy to reach Levante and a 5 minute walk into the Old Town. Would I stay again? Yes

Turned up looked a lovely hotel ,I booked a twin room with a balcony when arrived at room on 5th floor we had a double bed with a sofa bed and no balcony ,when asking reception staff about room I got such a rude response and told to come back the following day to request a better room to a manager ,if you book please request before hand so not disappointed !! ,breakfast very disappointing ,lovely clean room and waterfall shower can’t complain about cleanliness but not a four star hotel at all .

Top class location and only a stroll to Leavante Beach. Lovely spacious hotel with helpful and friendly staff.Rooms are comfortable and tick all the boxes. A buffet breakfast to cater for all tastes was included. Pool is fairly small but with the beach ?? on your doorstep it's not an issue !! Rooftop bar is a bonus!! Excellent all round experience.

Lovely hotel friendly staff good clean rooms. Lovely outside pool plenty of sunbeds. Right near old town. Inside pool ok did not use as something was being pumped into it, steps only to get into. Only downer for us was evening meal was 8 o'clock which is too late for us to eat. Roof top bar is good for views
