    Lovely hotel friendly staff good clean rooms. Lovely outside pool plenty of sunbeds. Right near old town. Inside pool ok did not use as something was being pumped into it, steps only to get into. Only downer for us was evening meal was 8 o'clock which is too late for us to eat. Roof top bar is good for views

    Stayed seven night in Madeira Centro hotel.I feel the hotel owes me nothing and have very few complaints.Rooms were modern and very clean. The hotel is pleasant and has plenty of staff.Lunch menu was impressive, was not part of my package but after trying it on day one i looked forward to it each day. Elena cleaning the rooms was lovely and tried to do the cleaning at a time that would cause me no disruption. Lifts in hotel are painfully slow and usually have people queing for them. Overall a great stay in a lovely hotel.

    Room lovely, best shower ever BUT returned to the hotel yesterday evening and one of my shoes was missing from the room. Turned the room upside down, member of staff came up to help and it's nowhere to be found. Reception staff said they'd check with the laundry in case it had been bundled up with the dirty towels but now been told by reception that it hasn't been found and "it's only one shoe" . It's going to cost me £60+ to replace the pair which makes the hotel less of a bargain.Nobody expects to have things go missing from their hotel room and for that reason I would definitely not recommend this hotel.

    The best thing I’d say about this hotel is the location was fantastic for us. Super close to the beach and only a 12 minute walk to the bars you want to be visiting on the strip here in Benidorm.The rooms are spacious and clean. We’d paid for a superior room with a terrace view so I’m not sure every one will get the same experience as we did. We came in January so the rooftop bar was closed the week we were here sadly but that was ok. The only thing that we can have any complaints about was the work being done on the 8th & 9th floor. We were given a room on the 7th floor. There’s extensive work being done on the rooms on those floors above us and while we were made aware of this a week before arrival. You never really noticed it. That was until the last 2 days of the stay where we were woken abruptly at 8:45am and 8:30am to banging and drilling directly above us.That was the only issue with the stay, all in I’d say this hotel was fantastic value for money. Just unfortunate timing is all. Confident if we came again in the summer I’d be giving it a 5/5.

    This was a much needed break in the current crisis and it more than exceeded our expèctations. We have stayed here many times and really recommend this hotel. Cleanliness was fantastic, our room was spotless as was the pool area and diningroom and their rooftop bar is amazing. Loved it!
