  We had a great time with entertainment team all were very friendly and we had lots of fun . ;)We had a great time doing the activities the whole family got involved.   Concrete jungle alert!!

  If you like staying in a really busy loud and concrete jungle with no nice scenery then this is your kind of hotel. Sadly not my cuppa tea- I prefer somewhere quieter with less noise. However putting that aside Food was okay repetitive luke warm but kids were happy! There were microwaves to heat it up if you wanted at your own risk!Some staff at reception were helpful and friendly some less so…Lots of slides and stuff for the kids and certain areas dedicated to floats, small kids, deep end etc but we didn’t mind that!Animation staff are doing something each day with guests they were very good with my daughter who was nervous crossing the big float one day gave her lots of encouragement- thankyou for that! One lifeguard in blue was lovely and helpful too ??Hot tub is carnage not relaxing at all as kids are allowed in there!! But kids loved it ?? Life guards are on the ball watching which was reassuring for kids safety. Some parts of the hotel could do with an update looks a little dated but I’d say well cleaned! Rooms were pretty basic nothing special. But again not terrible. I advise going to mundomar, aqua nature or terra nature for the day and the beach and shops is within walking distance of you want a change of seen other than concrete. Benidorm center has some nice min markets and beaches!! Take a look. Water is lovely and clear! Overall not terrible but not great!! ?? Food temperatures are monitored in accordance with our HACCP food safety procedures, and microwaves are available as an additional convenience for guests who prefer their meals hotter. Their availability does not indicate that our food is unsafe.Our whirlpool area is part of a family resort rather than an adults-only spa, so we appreciate that it may not provide the peaceful atmosphere you were hoping for.We also appreciate your positive comments about cleanliness, while acknowledging your observations regarding the appearance of certain areas and the simplicity of the apartments.   Yes — that distinction is important. I’d word it so it’s clear the fight was between members of the stag group themselves, not that they were fighting your family.? Very disappointing family stayI travelled here with 15 family members, including children, and unfortunately the experience was extremely disappointing.Our room smelt strongly of sewage for the entire week. Maintenance came twice but made absolutely no difference, and we had to keep the balcony door open. Several of my family members had the same issue. There was also a constant smell of weed throughout our floor.The hotel states that stag and hen parties aren’t accepted, which was one of the reasons we chose it. Unfortunately, a large group of drunken men caused problems for my family for two days. We complained repeatedly, and on one occasion the police had to be called after members of the group started fighting amongst themselves in the hotel lobby, in front of children. Despite the hotel knowing about the situation and that they were a stag group, they weren’t removed.There were also repeated incidents of people throwing water and other objects from balconies, with very little seemingly done about it.The evening entertainment was disappointing too.On the positive side, the food had a good variety and the staff were friendly.Overall, the negatives completely outweighed the positives. I’m still here counting the hours until my flight home, which really says everything about how I feel about the stay.Sadly, I would not return or recommend this hotel for families.I’m Magic Tropical Splash, General Manager at Magic Tropical Splash, responded to this review Dear Isabella,Thank you for sharing your experience. We are sorry that certain circumstances negatively affected your stay, although we appreciate your positive comments regarding the variety of our food and the friendliness of our staff.We would, however, like to clarify an important point. Magic Tropical Splash does not accept stag or hen parties. The guests you refer to were not registered as a stag party; they were guests occupying only two rooms. Following inappropriate behaviour, the hotel issued them with a formal behaviour warning, and after further complaints the following day, the decision was taken to remove them from the hotel. We therefore cannot agree that the situation was ignored or that no action was taken.We must also clarify that the police attendance mentioned in the review was not related to these guests or to an altercation involving this group. It concerned a separate, isolated domestic incident, and the police attended in accordance with the appropriate preventive protocol.Regarding the unpleasant smell reported in the accommodation, our Maintenance team attended when the matter was reported and carried out the corresponding checks. We regret that the intervention did not resolve the issue to your satisfaction.Throwing water or objects from balconies is strictly prohibited. Whenever such behaviour is reported and those responsible can be identified, the hotel intervenes and takes the appropriate measures. Unfortunately, determining the exact origin of an object thrown from a building is not always immediately possible.We are also sorry that the evening entertainment did not meet your expectations. Nevertheless, we feel it is important to clarify the circumstances above, particularly as the hotel did take progressive action regarding the guests concerned, ultimately resulting in their removal from the property.Kind regards,Management TeamMagic Tropical Splash
