Location

The apartment hotel is located on a hill in the area of Rincón de Loix. It is a fairly quiet area, only 300 m from shops, restaurants, banks, etc. It is located 800 m from the Levante beach. Alicante Airport is some 65 km from the establishment.

Facility

The apartment hotel welcomes guests in an 8-storey building with a lift and 28 apartments. Internet access in public areas allows guests to stay in touch while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Parking spaces are available to guests travelling by car (no extra charge).     I lived in this apartment block for 6 months ,it was a nightmare. No lock on front entrance, bar and food area boarded up .The areas a new renovation and looked great.1B had family parties every night ,and next door sold drugs openly from front door.I lived 6D ,upstairs was a nightmare. At one stage spraying foam from a fire extinguisher into the stairwell. The apartment utility area set on fire 3 weeks before I left.Worst apartments in Benidorm.

    It's a bit of a trek to the apartments, but they are in a residential area, there are shops across the road, a bus stop too and cafe, bar near there too. A 1 bedroom apartment with washer and reasonable cooking facilities, they are basic but we found them ok for us. Pool clean and tidy area and cafe downstairs is reasonable and food good too. Cheap and cheerful

    Disgusting appt 1B door lock broken moved out after 4 days to another hotel tv broken no wi-fi, dirty, tiles cracked in bathroom, light switches broken, sofa old mattress with a curtain thrown over it, totally disgusting.

    For what you pay this accomadation is fine, we had a spacious apartment which was clean and had everything you needed. There are a lot of negative reviews but as in most walks of life there are always some people that will moan about anything. I have been to Benidorm many times and the location is great. It is peacefull at night yet only a minutes walk to some great bars and restuarants, about 7 minutes to the main nightlife and about the same to the beach, some people say 20 minutes to the beach they were either going to another beach or walking on their hands.Only slight negatives are nowere to leave your bags if you are on an evening flight, barman a bit misserable not that you would really want to spend much time drinking there when there were great places nearby. If you don't know the area the key collection issue may be a bit of a problem but find the main road by the KFC and its about 1 minute from there. So summing up if your on a budget and want a good location and don't mind a few minutes walk to get around this place is great.

    Do not go here you will not stay dirty smelly and depressing walked in left in 5min and found new accomadation didn't stay long enough to take pic smell would cope u and when using arrive under have to go back down the hill you just claimed to get keys terrible place don't know how they can rent them for someone going on holiday break
