Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The apartment hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park (for a fee). Was here last weekend 2/9/26 room didnt look clean on arrival, grubby, bathroom was run down paint peeling off the bath, shower didnt spray properly, hairs on the floors, dust under the beds, bare essentials, thought maybe a tee towel to dry the cups etc, curtains dusty, pool was ok, thought they'd be snacks round the pool but nothing, overall the place needs updating. Quite noisy outside during the night, couldn't see out the windows as were filfthy, wouldnt stay here again, staff were pleasant enough. Apartamentos M, Dueño at Maria Victoria Apartments, responded to this review We are sorry that your experience was not positive and apologize for the inconvenience. If you visit us again, please do not hesitate to contact reception to resolve any issues immediately. We don't usually have tee towels or snacks at the pool, but there are bars and supermarkets a few meters from our apartment building. We hope to improve so that this does not happen again.

We stay at these apartments a lot they are great value for money, the staff are always more than happy to assist you if you do have any issues. I called ahead of our visit as I needed a special request and they completed the request without hesitation (thanks for that)Apartments are clean and in a good location near to both the new and old town.Pool is always clean and is great fun for little ones.We will be using again in the near future and would recommend these apartments 100% Apartamentos M, Dueño at Maria Victoria Apartments, responded to this review Thank you for spending your holidays with us once again and for recommending the Maria Victoria Apartments in Benidorm. Perfect stay at Maria Victoria apartments

Me and my best friend stayed at these apartments for 4 nights beginning of may. We had a 2 bed on the second floor c2 and it had everything we needed. Beds were comfy and the apartment was very clean. Despite what other reviews said our room had toilet rolls washing up liquid and a cloth so no need to bring your own ( I did after reading reviews )The pool area was nice a quiet in fact most of the time we had it to ourselves. Just note there is no pool bar or restaurant so take your own drinks and snacks down with you. A special mention to the lovely receptionist guy who went out of his way to help us. Very friendly! The location of these apartments were perfect for us. Lovely spacious well appointed apartment. Spotlessly clean and in a very quiet area. We had a lovely week apart from the weather.
