Location

The complex enjoys an excellent location, 4 minutes’ walk from Levante Beach and 5 minutes from the Old Town of Benidorm. The building is set around bars, restaurants, clubs and shopping opportunities. There are also links to the public transport network just outside the hotel.

Facility

38 apartments are located on 13 storeys and can be reached by 2 lifts. English-speaking staff warmly welcomes guests in the lobby. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The apartment hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional facilities include a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park (for a fee). Further services and facilities include medical assistance, a laundry service and a coin-operated laundry.

Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. The rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms are available. Extra beds can be requested. A safe provides secure storage for guests' personal property. For self-catering guests, there is a well-equipped kitchenette with a refrigerator, stovetop, microwave, tea/coffee station and oven. The sports and entertainment facilities at the hotel ensure that guests have plenty of activities to choose from during their stay. While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent.     Perfect stay at Maria Victoria apartments

    Me and my best friend stayed at these apartments for 4 nights beginning of may. We had a 2 bed on the second floor c2 and it had everything we needed. Beds were comfy and the apartment was very clean. Despite what other reviews said our room had toilet rolls washing up liquid and a cloth so no need to bring your own ( I did after reading reviews )The pool area was nice a quiet in fact most of the time we had it to ourselves. Just note there is no pool bar or restaurant so take your own drinks and snacks down with you. A special mention to the lovely receptionist guy who went out of his way to help us. Very friendly! The location of these apartments were perfect for us. In between the old town and the strip and if like us you get the local bus from airport the drop of spot is a 5 minute walkI highly recommend these apartments and I hope to be visiting again soon and will definitely try to book here again Apartamentos M, at Maria Victoria Apartments, responded to this review Dear Tracie,Thank you so much for your detailed comments, which help other travelers learn about the apartments.     Lovely spacious well appointed apartment. Spotlessly clean and in a very quiet area. We had a lovely week apart from the weather.     Great basic apartments in a quiet spot but near the new town, the old town and the beach.

    Stayed several times and cannot fault these apartments. They are in a perfect location. Apartments are spacious for two ,have everything you need and have large balcony.     We had a lovely 8 days staying here , very clean & a big balcony . Everything you need in the apartment close to old town & 5mins walk to the strip central to local shops and bars. Comfortable beds and nice and quite at night ,,no problem getting a sun bed round the pool. We have booked again for a short break in December . I would certainly recommend staying here.     Excellent apartments! Lovely and spotlessly clean with everything you would need. The balcony is large and brilliant for sitting out at night. 10 mins stroll to either Levante beach/strip or the Old Town. Supermarket facing which is open until 1:30am. Bit of noise through the night but nothing to worry about, we all still had an excellent sleep. We will definitely be coming back next year!
