Stay once and you'll never stay anywhere else again

    rating11 Oct 2026

What a great week we had. Julie Luck in bookings was a godsend - I badgered her with questions and requests before we arrived, nothing was too much trouble. She arranged everything I needed directly and her attention to detail and correspondence was superb. She made sure the surprise I wanted for my friend went off perfectly. I had the chance to meet her in person with my friends. Nothing was too much trouble for her. She def goes this extra mile and is a credit to the resort. Thanks Julie!! Hotels location is fab, we could get everywhere really quickly and if we needed any tips we asked Julie (she always made time to help). Hotel is spotlessly clean, rooms great, vibe brilliant and we sang and danced the days and nights away. Yes, it could be a bit noisy but hey you are in the heart of Benidorm in August so what do you expect! Benidorm/La Marina we will be back next summer. Can't fault the customer service, the staff or the location. Fabulous *****
