Lovely hotel,close to town and shops! Staff friendly, room was comfortable and clean! Stayed there for 5 days,Lovely little break away! Would definitely stay there again!

I canceled 2 hours after checked in, person at the reception was the weirdest ever, not sure of the reason, refused to change my dirty room, refused to go up to check it out, advised me to call the police to complaint!!!The room was really dirty, smelly, I wasn't able to use the bathroom out of being smelly , i spend 1 hour called booking.com, canceled my stay and booked another hotel, was a rough start of a stay, but sh*t happens!To sum it up:Run as fast as you can from this place and never look back!! Run for you life!

Food great. Staff very good. Room good value for money. Great location. This hotel is aimed at Older Spanish holidaymakers. If you are likely to be offended by no Engerlish tv, having mainly wonderful Spanish food, the staff not speaking engerlish fluently then please don’t go here!!!!!

Gutted I can't give this dump NIL stars. No fridge, no tea making facilities, no toiletries, no tv channels, no wifi. Aircon didn't come on until 1pm and switched off during the night. One tiny lift serving six floors. Staff unhelpful and rude. You have been warned!!

For 2 star the room was spacious and very clean and tidy with a small balcony too Staff including our chambermaid and all restaurant and reception staff were so welcoming and polite and made our stay so comfortable, I believe we were possibly the only English staying at the time and it made no difference we felt just as welcomed as everyone else !! Loved the property also the location is perfect !!! Restaurant salad is perfectly fresh , ideally could do with providing more carbs in the evening ie potatoes,fries or pasta dailyDisliked · It’s not I didn’t like , but being British and although a 2 star I did expect baked beans at breakfast,and one morning went out for breakfast as we both missed then that much. The evening soup is so watered down ,you can see through it ideally would of preferably wanted it even slightly thicker
