Don’t bother if your not Spanish..

Chose this hotel for a cheap weekend away. Location is good in old town with Levante Beach a few minutes walk away. Depending on room, it can be quite noisy so you’ll need ear plugs.. Rooms are basic, clean with comfy beds. Towels were changed every day..There is no pool..Asked for a late check out due to late flight home & got a flat no (hotel was not fully booked)..Guy on reception didn’t want to engage with us, neither did any of them.! Restaurant is in basement & food wise, it’s somewhat edible but very little choice. One carb, one meat & a bit of salad for dinner, bacon, eggs & toast for breakfast..This is a hotel that caters for Spanish only. Us 4 English women just got stared at, watched & talked about..On our last day, we left our bags in a storage room to spend day on beach. We came back, got our stuff & changed only to be shouted at by the reception guy as we were taking up to much room (which no one else was using). We said we would only be a few minutes but he carried on. If they did late check outs, they wouldn’t have been an issue. We grabbed our stuff & walked out. So so rude.! We paid cheap & got cheap but the rudeness & bad manners were not necessary..

Lovely hotel,close to town and shops! Staff friendly, room was comfortable and clean! Stayed there for 5 days,Lovely little break away! Would definitely stay there again!

I canceled 2 hours after checked in, person at the reception was the weirdest ever, not sure of the reason, refused to change my dirty room, refused to go up to check it out, advised me to call the police to complaint!!!The room was really dirty, smelly, I wasn't able to use the bathroom out of being smelly , i spend 1 hour called booking.com, canceled my stay and booked another hotel, was a rough start of a stay, but sh*t happens!To sum it up:Run as fast as you can from this place and never look back!! Run for you life!

Food great. Staff very good. Room good value for money. Great location. This hotel is aimed at Older Spanish holidaymakers. If you are likely to be offended by no Engerlish tv, having mainly wonderful Spanish food, the staff not speaking engerlish fluently then please don’t go here!!!!!

Gutted I can't give this dump NIL stars. No fridge, no tea making facilities, no toiletries, no tv channels, no wifi. Aircon didn't come on until 1pm and switched off during the night. One tiny lift serving six floors. Staff unhelpful and rude. You have been warned!!
