Location

The hotel is located in Rincon de Loix, integrated in 9,500 m² of grounds and only 500 m from Levante Beach. The centre of Benidorm is only 5 minutes away and 3 km further the famous Terra Mitica Amusement Park is located. The nearest golf course is in Altea which is 10 km away. Furthermore, the airport of Alicante is just 40 minutes from the hotel.

Facility

The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service and a currency exchange service are available. Wireless internet access is provided to guests. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. 10 lifts and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Souvenirs can be purchased at the gift shop.     Lovely hotel....perfect stay

    We stayed here just as a 3 day short break to celebrate my daughters birthday. We had a great time, there was nothing to complain about at all. The hotel was spotless, the food was great. It's the first time my husband has never moaned about the food....hallelujah at last 😂 The hotel was just a 10 min walk to the strip so just far enough back away from the noise. And, for those of you who love Lidl, there is one across the road. The local buses go up and down the road where the hotel is located. The hotel has an indoor and an outdoor pool. The outdoor pool is huge and there are plenty of sunbeds. You need a swimming caps for the indoor pool, and you can buy them from the hotel shop. They were only 1.50euro, or 1 euro. I can't remember what my daughters said they paid now. We would definitely go back to this hotel. It was faultless!

    A decent three star, but not a four

    I wouldn’t say this is a four star hotel, it’s a decent three star. Most things were good except the check in which was painfully slow and made a long day travelling much harder. It would have been nice to sit out by the pool after 7pm even if the pool closed, perhaps it’s the time of year but it would have been nice to have had the bar and entertainment outside. The staff were friendly and helpful overall but it was difficult to find out what was available in the all inclusive, and on some of the days the queues at the bar were unbearable.     Rude staff in the Level. Don't waste your money on upgrading to the Level. The room you will get is exactly the same as normal booking, the breakfast is exactly the same (you actually get less of a choice than you do in main restaurant) You aren't even allowed to take any drinking water up to your room. All in all a poor experience with the Level. I wouldn't waste my money there again.     Lovely hotel with large pool..... unfortunately a bit cold in may but still a lovely setting. Rooms are comfortable....pillows good and plenty of storage. Tea and coffee making facilities with a smart TV. Didn't like the shower but that was a small problem. Spa overpriced so didn't bother. Location is good and overall we would return.
