Location

The hotel is situated only 5 minutes’ walking distance from Poniente beach and 15 minutes from Benidorm’s centre and Old Town. Guests will find a wide range of restaurants, bars and shops a few metres away.

10 single rooms and 196 double rooms are located on 8 storeys and can be reached by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Services such as a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas.     Great stay, great hotel, loved the food, especially breakfast.Pool bar great and not too expensive, a few more sun loungers in the sun would make it better, although all the trees are stunning.The only other negative is the construction noise but the hotel can’t help that, it didn’t bother us too much.The location is perfect being only 5 minutes from the beach, 15 minutes from the old town and half an hour from the strip. The tram station is also only 15 minutes away. Will definitely be back to the is great hotel.

    Had the perfect stay at Mercure Benidorm. Great location if you want to be close to the beach and near to the old town, strip wasn’t too far a walk either but was nice not to be on the doorstep! We went as a group of six for a 60th birthday celebration, the rooms were lovely especially with the large balcony. The pool and loungers were really relaxing and the breakfast and dinner buffets were delicious. Th staff couldn’t more helpful - would 100 % recommend!

    This holiday hotel was perfect from start to finish. I had requested for some petals and a birthday banner to be in my mums room as we were celebrating her 50th. The room was decorated beautifully and better than expected. The white chocolate given on the house, was a lovely added thought. The hotel is location is tucked away and just 10 minutes from the most beautiful beaches in Benidorm. Hotel staff are friendly and welcoming (the welcome drink on arrival is an extra brownie point). I had lost the keys to my suitcase lock and within 30 minutes the maintenance man on sight had it opened. Phew!The hotel is clean, modern and minimalist. There is relaxing music that plays throughout the day around the pool, this takes the edge off it being silent and creates a zen 🧘🏽‍♀️ mood. The food was fantastic, with such a huge variety on offer at breakfast. The hotels food on the main menu consist of big portions, which is great value for money. We were informed via email of a nearby carpark being built. Luckily for us, we heard no noise over the weekend we spent there, until our last day on the Monday. However, this said, it is just one of those things that happen. It is not the fault of the hotels, and may just be an annoyance for someone who doesn’t want to hear some construction noises. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would come back in a heartbeat. 🙏🏽🖤

    Nice hotel, but not as nice as it was last year

    Whilst the hotel is lovely, it’s our third time here and it has gone down hill a little. Entertainment isn’t as good as it was last year and neither is the food choice in the restaurant.Staff are lovely, especially Sonia, but Petra could do with smiling a little more and not arguing with customers when they get the food order wrong.Not a great hotel choice if you are vegetarian, vegan or follow a plant based diet. Therefore, we ate out most days, despite being half board.
