Located in Alfaz del Pi, 2 km from the wonderful village of Altea and 5 km from Benidorm, the property is ideal for a relaxing holiday, with most facilities located nearby. From the apartments, guests have access to beautiful coastal paths at a distance of 250 m. The centre of Albir and the beach is within a 500-metre walk. The bus station is around 400 m away and the train station about 1500 m. A spa centre is just outside the property. El Altet Airport is located roughly 67 km away.

Units include 20 apartments located in a 6-storey main building and an 8-storey auxiliary building. A baggage storage service, a safe, a TV room, a playroom, a car hire service and a smoking area are available. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A fireplace creates a cosy atmosphere. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket.
