  Our tenth time at these apartments love them as they have everything you need we come as a big family and loved every time we have came the reception staff are lovely and always remember you when arriving. The bar staff and any staff we have ever dealt with are very helpful and accommodating. This year was the same except the young life guard omg he was a bit much upsetting most guest around the pool everyday it was something my husband got pulled up for playing witha small ball in the pool with my 2 year granddaughter. He came over shouting at us because we never had enough beds so we brought a white one over to the blue bed he’s shouting you can’t mix colours everyone around the pool was laughing as it reacted so bad shouting people need to understand the rules he picked it up and took it off us other guest round the pool came over to see if we were ok my husband complained about him and someone did come down and spoke to him. He then pulled up to girls for sitting and the side of the pool with there feet in eating ice lollies This continued the full week he was upsetting someone shouting about people need to know the rules. He was acusing people of videoing him and taking photos of him bring security to them everyone was talking about him and laughing at him as he was running about everywhere pulling people up more than observing the water for anyone drowning. There was a older life guard that was on when we just got there and he was lovely talking to people and assisting people.This won’t put me off from going as all the other staff are lovely and the apartments are lovely but that life guard need to chill out 😳🤣🤣

  Good stay , clean apartment.

  Good clean apartment, 2 bedrooms, one double bed and one twin beds and plus a sofa bed in living room. Pool near apartment was cold as under shade most of day but other pool at hotel you can use is warmer and as bar too. Lifeguard was very good at finding people sunbeds if people didn't return with 1 and half hours he would remove their towels for others to use the sunbeds which is fair. Depoist was returned day after leaving no problem. Lifts did take a long time as stop at most floors on way down but we we were on 31st floor. Amazing views day and night . The hotel/apartments are on a hill but the free bus is regular and free to take you to benidorm beach, shops or taxi about 4euros. Friendly staff if you want to use the indoor pool bring a swim cap as you need one on to use it.

  A very enjoyable stay (again)

  We have just returned from another brilliant stay at Benidorm Horizon. When we arrived we were dealt with by Katy who was very friendly and helpful along with her colleagues who were equally as friendly.Having stayed here several times before we are familiar with the deposit requirements and chose to pay in cash which we got back after our room had been checked on our departure day.Throughout our stay every member of staff we encountered was polite and friendly, always with a smile and some friendly chat in Spanish or English, I appreciated the staff encouraging me to use the bit of Spanish I am able to, thank you :)We once again had no complaints at all about our stay, the apartment was immaculate and comfortable and had everything we needed, the communal and pool areas were always spotless.The only small negative was that one of the lifts was out of order for a few days but this happens in all hotels at some point.We thoroughly enjoyed our latest visit and look forward to being back here in September.   Can anyone confirm if the swimming pool is open or closed for repairs? customer arriving this weekend!!!!!!!No correspondence from easyJet to say it is closed but website says it is closed for repairs but maybe not updated.
