  Perfect for what we wanted. Wanted a base. Away from the strip, noise. But still only 15 minute slow walk to beach. Somewhere to sleep and eat. Paid £1650 for a week for 3 people, 2 bedroom apartment. Decent sized bedrooms, living room. Lovely beds. Simple but adequate kitcken. Bit basic but really comfortable. Wifi, safe and aircon bit extra, but very reasonable. You want them for FREE? go somewhere else and pay an extra £500. Pool was ideal to chill out after days out, open til 8. All the staff were polite and helpful, Would definately use again

  Just returned from a weeks stay and loved almost everything about the place...the location is fab..the rooms were beautifully clean..pool was great size and not to busy..we were on 23rd floor which was a bit of a pain waiting for the lift but didnt take to long ...but the view from being so high was incredible...big spacious balcony and rooms...easy check in...we knew about the 50 deposit before we went so no nasty surprises...didnt need air con just kept doors open...lovely toasties and pizza from the bar and reasonably priced drinks too...the staff...on the whole were fantastic...nothing was to much trouble...so polite and smiley...HOWEVER....the pool attendant was awful...no customer service what so ever...you pay 1.50 euros for a sun bed...not a problem...but when I asked for a sunbed he throw it across the floor...so rude...no please or thank you...i bought a ball to play volley ball in the pool...he shouted that we weren't allowed a ball so left it...then a group of men played with the ball and he confiscated it...my friend asked for it back so she could give it to a child to play with maybe in the next hotel and he refused...sent her to reception...he spoke to her like she was 5 years old in front of all the guests......this wont put us of the hotel...it is our go to hotel now when we visit benidorm ...but just be aware of the pool attendant...ALL the other staff were marvellous..

  Went the rio park for 20 years thought food and entertainment gone down hill drinks and snacks expensive pool too small for amount off people tryed the parasio 10 this year bigger rooms and balcony pool bigger decently recommend for value for money

  Absolutely shocking experience at Paraiso 10 Apartments in Benidorm.From the minute we checked in, it felt like we were being charged extra for absolutely everything. We were charged €70 for air conditioning, €10 per day for Wi-Fi that barely worked, and even had to pay €1.50 per person for a sunbed by the pool. After already paying to stay in an apartment, having to pay extra for basic things like Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a sunbed is ridiculous. I’ve been on plenty of sun holidays and have never experienced anything like it.Then we got into the apartment and the cleanliness was absolutely disgusting. There were hairs and nail clippings all over the floors, particularly underneath the beds and in the bathroom. It genuinely looked like the place hadn’t been properly cleaned before we arrived.The laundry situation was another joke. It was €10 per wash, another €10 for drying, and you had to separate colours from whites, meaning doing a normal load of laundry could end up costing €20 or more.Overall, it felt like the place was constantly looking for another way to take money from you. The extra charges for basic amenities combined with the poor cleanliness completely ruined the experience. Wi-Fi is **€19.50 for one week**, not €10 per day. Furthermore, after checking our records, we can confirm that **Wi-Fi was not contracted during your stay**, so we cannot understand the reference to being charged for this service.We are also sorry to hear about your comments regarding cleanliness.   We have just returned from a week away, we travelled as two families and were put in apartments next to each other which was great. Our friends paid the extra for the air conditioning, we didn't bother as there was plenty of breeze and we didn't feel we needed it. Having read reviews before we went, we knew we would need the cash deposit but I can imagine this would be a shock if you didn't know beforehand (especially if there's a few of you as it's 50 euros per person). There was no problem getting this back when we checked out. Pool area was nice, plenty of beds and they're 1.50 each for the day, we only did a pool day a couple of times so I didn't feel this to be expensive (but could add up if you're a large group and going to the pool every day). Titanic Bar right next the pool is lovely, really good food and lovely staff. Apartments are in a good location and we thought fairly quiet despite other reviews we'd seen. I definitely agree with someone else's review about the access track, fine in the daytime but don't go this way at night as it's very dark and doesn't take much longer to walk along the well lit paths.
