  Very disappointed in level of service.

  Fourth floor needs lots of attention. Walked in to flooded bathroom due to the roof leaking where the light was located. Shower head holder was broke so we had to tie a wire around when using the shower, mould all over the shower enclosure. Bathroom mirror corroded at the bottom. Mattress on the bed was badly stained and was dipped top to bottom right down the middle. So we both did not get much sleep, Blankets didn’t fit the bed as they were to small. Ironing board no cover and was left outside. We went to the sister hotel on 4 separate occasions to address our concerns to be told no one has ever complained about the room (this is the top floor of the apartment block). They did not fix any of the issues in the 8 days we were there. It was such a shame as it is in a great location.

  No midweek clean or change of bed/towels. No idea where to dispose of rubbish.Building work adjacent at 20:30pm and 7:30am.Location of keys vs apartment for pickup is quite a trek if elderly.Apartment itself is fine - fully loaded with all you need.

  Gutted.We knew it was a sort of budget place , here we go .Lots of noisy building work on big apartments opposite and noisy from 7.30 am to 5ish.Two very thin pillows , smelly blankets , cleanliness not great shower screen filthy, oven dirty , no kettle , cutlery rusted on metal , limited cooking utensils one plastic spoon .Four hangers,no drawers so using shelfs in lounge .On third floor lots of big steps .They take £150 euros of you on arrival for damage deposit , I advise to check apartment over (door runner handing off).

  The apartment location was very good! It was a lovely little clean apartment with everything you could need ! Got a 3 as the bed was very uncomfortable with very cheap thin sheets which did not tuck in and crumpled every night - if beds were updated and proper bedding I would definitely stay again for a short stay

  great apartment with all what you need but, climbing 3 flights of stairs twice a day was not our favourite part of the day, also the noise from the hotel building next door really spoilt our holiday waking us up 7,30 every morning also the dust from the building work made us ill,coughing continuasly we did enjoy our eveings in as no noise, ideal place as close to everything we needed we spent 11 nights there and didnt see anyone, so we had to wash our own towels as nothing was replaced for the whole time we were there, also the person who rented the upstrairs apartment slammed evry door that was avilable to then, and the ground floor apartment had a dog barking, the one annoying thing daily was the car alarm that went off all day every day which was always parked outside the chinese resaurant down the bottom of the slope ( will never eat there again)
