Location

The apartments are situated in the Rincon de Loix area in Benidorm, just 600 m away from the Levante sandy beach and close to the lively resort centre, where many shops, bars and restaurants can be found. The property is situated on a hill, so it may not be suitable for those with restricted mobility.

Facility

The apartment hotel has 36 apartments, which are located on 12 storeys and are reachable by 2 lifts. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Valuables can be securely stored in the safe. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park.

Rooms

Rooms feature a living area and a bathroom, and individually adjustable heating ensures just the right temperature. Guests have a view of the pool from the balcony or terrace, which are standard amenities of some rooms. Rooms include a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A minibar is provided. All kitchenettes come with a refrigerator, a microwave and a tea/coffee station. A telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. Family rooms are available for parents with children.

Sport

Guests can enjoy a selection of sport and entertainment options. While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. Sun loungers and parasols are available on the sun terrace.

    Had a great time here with the lads a week ago. Hotel very relaxed and can't do enough for you. Toni the barman in particular is an absolute diamond 👌👌

    Stayed here 3 times never again. Staff are rude especially the management. Have to give €200 deposit and there is not anything in the room worth that much. You don't get your deposit back when you leave you are told you have to wait 3 days.Don't stay here if you want a good holiday.

    .positives. Rooms quite spacious, very clean beds comfortable. Lovely powerful walk in shower. Everything you need in the kitchen apart from no toaster. Nice big balcony with pool view. My granddaughter enjoyed the pizzas /chips. They do a lovely vodka and coke you get your moneys worth very strong OK with extra coke 😂 Negetives.Needs a little updating. Having to pay £200 at the start of your holiday which you get back if there's no damage when you leave not had it back yet it's only been 6 days.No hair dryer think you can hire one. You need to buy your own toilet roll only one left and I washed the towels through myself not sure you can get clean from reception. Also it's quite hilly so no good if you have walking problems.And be careful there is notices to not leave your key in the door has you will be locked out and need to find £90 for lock Smith to come out.

    Had a good time at the Picasso Maria the reception was so helpfull the rooms are all you need everything there in the kitchen very clean hotel

    Loved the apartment ,could of done with a 2/3 bedroom,we had a brilliant first time in Benidorm.Grandchildren said is was their holiday home want to go back.They need a kids club and a little play park on the complex for children
