  do not be put off by bad reviews this place was faultless from check in to check out can’t fault any of our stay, we went for 10 days room was immaculate,check in can not fault. have nothing but good things to say from our whole stay i would recommend the staff are lovely i wouldn’t be put off by any bad reviews this was simply not the case for us the whole stay was 10 out of 10 thankyou to the pierre vacancy’s for a lovely stay.   We stayed here 4 nights at the end of September. We had seen some awful reviews on the run up to our stay but can honestly say the room was fine. Maybe a couple of hairs on the floor but we swept up anyway. Location is great, not a far walk and the hill is fine too. Pool area clean, you aren’t supposed to drink or eat around the pool but no one ever seemed to check this, I’m guessing as long as you aren’t being an idiot then you’re good! The beds are quite hard so we don’t struggle to sleep for the little time we actually tried to sleep. You can hear pretty much everything from the room above/next door. Thankfully no banging on doors as every room has a doorbell.   On the build-up to the break, I’d read some troubling reviews about this accommodation. Despite the purpose of our trip to Benidorm being a stag weekend, the party was made up of a more mature members, including mostly dads and even some grandads. The check in, although lengthy, due to there being nearly 20 guests, was pretty efficient. Each room handed over a €200 cash bond which was returned at check out without a conceivable check. That’s not to say it’s the rule, it may have been a sign of our demographic. We were on the 11th floor, and the comments are based on the fact we were using it purely as a base, rather than spending most of our time in it. The room was ok, the sheets and towels were clean on arrival. The bathroom was fine even after three showers a day every day. There was a bit of dust and a hair or two on the floor, but other than that it was alright. We had a dishwasher with a little box on the worktop to get us on our way if we ever used it, which we didn’t. It contained dishcloths and dishwasher tablets. Wardrobe space was fine for our break. There is a sign noting that they provide two toilet rolls per room which seems a little “budget”. On occasions for a little more privacy, we nipped down the lift to reception toilets anyway! We did visit the pool a couple of times. Again that was ok, a few over zealous rules about food and drink but we never saw any staff at the pool to police this. The optimum time should anyone need a nap is between 11 and 2pm when the sun is in a big gap between the neighbouring blocks. Rather urban for my taste with no sweeping beach view from the terrace but ok. The pool is not heated. ??but those who ventured got used to it. All in all a decent base for its purpose.   A group of ten women, 3 rooms.Short walk or taxi/uber ride to the strip.Plenty of shops and restaurants close by.The staff were friendly and helpful.The rooms were clean and well equipped and the beds were comfortable.The pool area was clean and fit for purpose.We didn’t experience any issues with noise from other guests.The hotel doesn’t have any entertainment. There is a small bar with a limited menu that’s open until around 17.00.Mainly groups of males or females, I wouldn’t say it was a family hotel. €200 deposits on arrival, returned after stay.Overall experience was good and I would use this hotel again.
