Location

Situated in a quiet area, a 15-minute walk from Levante beach, and a 40-minute walk from the old town and the centre of Benidorm, or if guests prefer a few metres away there is a public transport connection which takes 10 min. Nearby, guests will find many restaurants, bars and shops.

Facility

46 apartments are located on 23 storeys and can be reached by 2 lifts. The reception desk in the lobby is staffed round the clock. Amenities available at the apartment hotel include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park (for a fee). Further services and facilities include a car hire service, room service and a laundry service.

Rooms

    The appointments were clean and tidy, but you had to fetch your bedding down to reception in exchange for clean bedding you can change bedding every 4 days you had to make your own beds, you also had to do the same with towels every 2 days you had to clean the appartments your self. The pool was clean but not many sun beds and no cushions on them so they were hard to lay on. The staff were friendly and polite. When you were leaving you had to strip the beds and the staff would go and check the room before you could have your deposit of 150euros back. You also had to take your rubbish to the bins in the street which was on the road which was about a quarter mile away. You dont come on holidays to do your housework

    What a fantastic find this was👍 booked a cheap week away and was very pleased with what we got, very spacious apartment, spotless very well equipped and a great location and the staff are brilliant they all go out of their way to make your stay the best 👍😁 shout out to Kier and Izzie these lads are the best thank you so much 👌I didn't get the name of the lady on check out day she was very helpful and pleasant if we go back to Benidorm this the place we will be staying 😁🌞 so all in all a great place to stay just go and try it out I don't think you will be disappointed once again thank all for making our holiday a great one 🌞.

    it was my first time staying here and they were so clean and everything you needed was there for you and the balcony was massive all it needed was a couple of sun lounges and that would have been perfect for our stay you never know they may put some on there if they read the review but it that good i have booked another 4 holidays there this year and i love that i can please myslef when i want to eat and not having to go down and have our meals at certain times but i am looking forward to be going back there next month and the staff are so helpful with any problems you may have

    My friend and I stayed here in March and had a really enjoyable experience.The apartments were very clean, tidy, and impressively spacious, which made our stay comfortable and relaxing. The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout our visit. I would especially like to mention Juan, who provided excellent customer service and really stood out.The location is also convenient, being around a 10–15 minute walk to the main strip and the beach close enough for easy access, but still in a quieter area.We would also recommend trying the Coconut Bar just outside the front of Playamar. The food was very good, and the staff there were great.Overall, we felt Playamar offered great value for the price, and we would definitely stay here again in the future.

    Stayed in the playamar apartments from the 21st Dec to the 28th Dec 2025, the apartments are lovely and clean everything you need for self catering, the staff are lovely and polite and very helpful, the main character who we met was Christian who maintained the reception and small bar on a night, what an absolute gent he is , made our stay and made us feel so welcome and chatted apart from when he was seeing to other guests, you should be very proud of this young man working for you he made us smile everytime we saw him. WHAT A STAR. Lynn and Colin xxxx
