Location

Ideal for beach holidaymakers and families, this hotel is located in Benidorm and is a few metres away from the beach. Guests can reach the centre after about 2 km.

Facility

The hotel was modernised in 2025. 410 non-smoking rooms are available to guests in a 19-storey main building and a 25-storey auxiliary building. At the hotel, guests are welcomed in the lobby with -hour reception desk and a -hour check-in/check-out service. The hotel provides a currency exchange service, room service, a laundry service and 2 conference rooms. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for a fee.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning. Some rooms have a balcony, which gives guests additional space for rest and relaxation. Children's beds can be requested for younger guests. There is also a minibar and, for a fee, a safe. A telephone, a TV and WiFi ensure optimal comfort. A hairdryer is available in the bathrooms.

Sport

While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. Refreshing drinks at the pool bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub offer the perfect way to unwind. Sun loungers and parasols on the sun terrace create a perfect space for guests to relax and unwind. Leisure activities and facilities at the hotel include a gym, a sauna and a hammam or, for a fee, a spa. Guests of all ages have the opportunity to enjoy a fun entertainment programme.

Meals

The dining area includes a restaurant and a bar. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board, full board and all-inclusive. A breakfast for early birds and late risers, lunch and dinner tempt guests with a wide range of dishes. Staff are also happy to provide gluten-free meals. In addition, picnics and snacks are available. The hotel offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    just got back from this hotel after refurbishment very impressed with it staff very helpful but booked a disabled room with tui to but to be told on arrival room was not ready could give us one tomorrow or in a few days and offered us a shower chair and a room on the 8th floor also found out no where charge mobility scooter they were not going to be ready till 1st June food was cold every breakfast dinner and tea Tea machine only gave half a cup of water if you filled up again it would over flow room cleaned every day tui rep you were amazing sorting out every problem we had hotel should have not been open without mobility charges as there was a lot off people using them had go down to the amigo shop about 5mins away every night to charge this was not axcetable as did not get full use of mobility scooter and had to stay in every night after 7pm as my husband can not walk far been to this hotel 4 times will not be back opened to soon should have waited till everything was finished Port Benidorm, Guest Services / Front Office at Port Benidorm Hotel & Spa, responded to this review Firstly we thank you for making our Hotel Port Benidorm your choice for your holidays in Benidorm, we´re very happy for your comments wich will help our team reaching all goals, and also we regret that we fell a litltle short of your expectations,but we hope we can improve that for next time.     We’ve just got back from our stay and had a fantastic experience overall. As expected with a newer hotel, there were a few small teething problems, but nothing that took away from how much we enjoyed it. The staff were all incredibly hardworking and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything ran as smoothly as possible throughout our stay.The roof terrace was absolutely beautiful and a real highlight, and the rooms in the new tower are stunning — modern, comfortable, and finished to a really high standard.     This is not a review as suvh but i would just like to address what someone wrote in their review. They stated that the new Sports Bar when finished will not be included in the All Inclusive deal but this is incorrect information. I have looked on my booking and confirmed with Tui that their AI does include the new Sports Bar and Lobby Bar both to open in June.

    Arrived as the hotel re opened after being refurbished and a new tower added. Work still going on but the hotel was amazing, staff were friendly and helpful. The food was varied and some of the best we've had in hotels in Spain, yes it was sometimes cool but there is a microwave we never had a problem.Pool area amazing and the roof terrace has spectacular views and food. Be aware if you are going all inclusive this, the coffee shop and the sports bar are not in the package. I've read that security are not very friendly but they were always helpful with us, also thatchers are no charging points for mobility scooters I was told there would be but they are in the section that is not yet completed. Only down side were the lifts but they were getting better as we left. Think they are doing great trying to sort out all the teething problems after just a week. Also a big shout out to the Tui rep be proud of yourself trying to sort out everyone's complaints.     Lovely hotel great staff, excellent view. Lifts were terrible a few always out of order. Food wasn't piping hot, no microwaves. Lovely pool area plenty of sunbeds. Didn't like see through bathroom in bedroom. Bit high up we were on the 15th floor should hav asked for a lower floor, never mind we didn't use balcony anyway. I would stay here again but on a lower floor if the price was right.
