Facility

The hotel was modernised in 2024. The hotel has 373 non-smoking rooms, which are located on 6 storeys and are reachable by 4 lifts. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. A currency exchange service, a laundry service, a hairdresser and 2 conference rooms are available. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to surf the internet and catch up on email. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. Souvenirs can be purchased at the gift shop. There is also a playground for younger guests. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the car park for a fee.

Rooms

Air conditioning ensures that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. Children's beds can be requested for younger guests. There is also a safe and a minibar for an additional fee. Equipped with a telephone, a TV and WiFi (no extra charge), the rooms provide many ways for guests to stay connected and entertained. A hairdryer is available in the bathrooms.

Sport

Guests can work out or just relax in the outdoor and indoor pools. Kids can splash about in a special swimming area just for them. Comfortable sun loungers are available on the sun terrace. A variety of refreshing drinks await guests at the pool bar. Leisure activities available for a fee at the hotel include a gym and a sauna. Guests of all ages have the opportunity to enjoy a fun entertainment programme.

Meals

The dining area includes a restaurant and a café. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board, full board and all-inclusive. A breakfast for early birds and late risers, lunch and dinner tempt guests with a wide range of dishes. Staff are also happy to provide gluten-free meals. In addition, picnics and snacks are available. The hotel offers a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.

    We had a fantastic time just after Easter for a week. We went full board which was great. Staff are friendly, the hotel was exceptionally clean, and although the evening entertainment was targeted more at elderly demographic, we still had a great time and would be delighted to go back. Our only minor complaint would be the noise coming from surrounding rooms, but more a fault of the guests rather than the hotel!     We cannot fault the staff ,the food ,the relaxing atmosphere. Rooms are compact but clean, updated rooms nicely done, towels toilet paper etc replenished frequently. Plenty of variety at meal times ,again replenished when needed ,you'd have to be a very fussy eater to not find something. Would return.
