The complex has 7 lifts and features 468 non-smoking rooms. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. A baggage storage service, a car hire service, an alarm call service, a laundry service, 2 conference rooms, a projector and a photocopier are available. Wireless internet access (no extra charge) allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park (for a fee). Great location right on top of the old town in Benidorm but the hotel its self is definitely more equipped for Spanish holiday makers . Wouldn’t return

Group of 3 older ladies assumed we were in the hotel but no we were ushered to the living apartments across the road.Felt like student accommodation very shabby indeed.Insult to injury we were informed by a rude young man that a damage deposit of €150 payable on check is required. I was assured it would be refunded within 48hrs after checking out. It is now day 6 NO REFUND.??Obviously I shall be taking this further.PLEASE BE AWARE DO NOT STAY IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

Stayed at the Poseidon living apartments which it connected with the hotel , nice and clean only thing is that they take 150 damage deposit per room and it not in the booking info

I love the resort of Benidorm, been holidaying here for decades ,stayed in so many different hotels ,the choice of hotels in this resort is mind boggling,my twin brother and I chose Poseidon Hotel for a 9 day stay and I must say this was one of the best hotels I've stayed in Benidorm. Walking into this very impressive hotel I knew I would enjoy my stay here ,booked in straight away ,allocated a room on the 10th floor ,room 1003 ,room was light and airy, lots of storage space, flat screen tv with English language channels ,beds comfortable, a fridge and room was spotlessly clean and cleaned daily by wonderful and cheerful staff ,we were half board, the breakfast menu was superb, chefs were funny and very talented as were the staff who cleared the plates ,a big choice of hot and cold meal options,the coffee here was absolutely top notch ,evening meal was really good, varied each night ,totally delicious, the hotel bar's were superb ,beers were always served iced cold and sparkling, the hotel swimming pool was a delight ,enjoyed a swim every day here ,location of the hotel was perfect ,close to the Old Town of Benidorm and the New Town of Benidorm but the overriding theme of what made our stay in this hotel so special were the staff ,they went above and beyond to make each guest ,not just my twin brother and I but all guests feel at home in this hotel ,we will most definitely stay in this hotel again next year when we plan our annual holiday to this most vibrant of sun drenched resorts .
