6th visit Honest opinion
12 Oct 2026
Right here we go , our 6 th visit to this hotel so think it’s an honest opinion , great checkin , offered a choice of rooms , one fitted the bill , but not ready , not a problem , had a beer ! The hotel is spotless, most of the staff are still here from previous visits all helpful, our room 128 , was cleaned and looked after by Paolo, first class well done , ???? a few things have changed , the evening meals are not as good as previous, it’s seams a mismatch of food put together, sweets and desserts ok , but hey , next we found it difficult to find seats in the Philippines bar due to amount of people from outside , so ended up going out , then returning later to the gallery bar for a drink and a bit of free and easy , all n all a great hotel , staff , location, but needs a few tweeks ????????

Been here before but now declined in food breakfast still good but main meals horrible meat just cheap cuts fatty lamb etc junk like meat balls no cuts of beef steak pudding yuk boiled apple custard last time I would come here cutting cost but charging more Dirección Hotel Presidente, General Manager at Hotel Presidente, responded to this review Dear guest,I am very sorry to hear that you left dissatisfied with the food at the hotel. I must say, however, that I disagree with your opinion; we have not cut back on expenditure, and certainly not on the food. Please do read the reviews on this platform regarding the food; there are plenty of positive comments about our buffet. Amongst our other services, our menus are the highest rated.Best wishes.

Absolutely loved this hotel , fabulous location just a minute walk from all the great bars , sinatras, western saloon, staff friendly always there to help , rooms very comfortable and clean, lovely shower! Couldn't hear any noise when the doors were closed which surprised me being so close to a few of the bars! Food great choice and tasty , honestly couldn't fault any of it! The Philippines bar which is situated under the hotel had some great acts, Cant wait to return !
