Location

The apartments are located 700 m from Levante Beach and 1500m from the town centre and the Old Town of Benidorm. Nearby guests will find a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops as well as a great night life area with pubs and clubs.

Facility

70 apartments are located on 17 storeys and can be reached by 2 lifts. Guests are warmly welcomed by English- and French-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The apartment complex has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a TV room, a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (for a fee). Rooms

    Watch out they keep your deposit!

    A nice enough hotel for our weekend stay but watch out regarding security deposit! Understandable they ask for a security deposit when you checkin, lots of hotels do, but after not having the money refunded upon our return we found out they had charged for some minor damage to a piece of bathroom cabinet. We had taken a photo of this as we had seen a piece of it that had been stuck with silicone at the end, but after several email complaints to explain we had not done a thing to it they were insistent that we had done the damage and were keeping all the deposit. We think it was either a housekeeper who did it or previous guests and the hotel were trying to get more money for it. Absolutely disgusting and extremely frustrating as now down £175 for something we didn’t do. I strongly advise against this hotel.

    There was no problem with the room itself,However the bathroom sink unit was broken when we got into the room and they blamed us and kept our €200 deposit. Room 1202 in case they attempt to scam anyone else with this.You can clearly see from the photo that this piece of unit had already been repaired as it has silicon on the edges.This was placed on the stool below the sink unit when we arrived in the room but unfortunately we did not report this when we were there and now they refuse to give the deposit back and are blaming us for the damage.

    Aside from dodgy pathway to the entrance, reception & bar area lovely bar - closed at 9pm - can understand most go off into main town- some would like to chill & stay putRooms ok, bit dated yet have all you need, clean with great size balconies - our balcony door wouldn’t lock - once reported was soon fixed / thank youLocation very good (wouldn’t leave or return alone at night)No atmosphere other than what we made ourselvesMain issue was deposit of 300 eu - took cash, hadn’t realised was card payment - which of course is easier for accommodation - receptionist was a little rude in that her opinion was we should have known it was card - was told would receive back in 3 days then on leaving, was told within 24hrs - over 3 days & not received it back and honestly we left our room clean, stripped beds, towels in a pile to make life bit easier for the cleaners - not great if don’t have large bank balance!

    I have stayed here many times it's modern and well located to the carnage of the strip, but not so close that you can hear it . The pool area is great and there is a lovely seated area by the bar . Apparently it's a 3 star I actually think it's better than that
