  Stayed here in sept this year great apartments very clean lovely staff cleaners reception bar staff all nice had no problems at all after reading reviews was a bit worried about area i can honestly say we had no trouble at all very quiet of a night. I would definetly go back there had my deposit back well on way to airport.   Location great , the man on the desk was very rude to us like everything was a task an he didn't want to help 300 pound deposit was a bit steep and only by card refused cash ,never had this before in Benidorm usually pay 50pound cash each deposit ,rooms nice an big but kitchen a bit dated an beds uncomfortable but apart from that we enjoyed our stay nice pool area an big balcony that gets the sun DireccionPrimavera, Director General at Apartamentos Primavera Loix, responded to this review Dear debbie b,Thank you for sharing your feedback with us.   Primavera Loix is in a great location, nice and quiet but near the action. The apartment was clean with a great shower and very large balcony. The €200 deposit was back in my account within about 2-3 days. We stayed here last year as well.   First holiday to Benidorm, my husband stayed here last year on his stag doo. Hotel was basic but clean and tidy, all staff lovely and friendly, pool area clean, plenty of beds, nice bar staff and good drinks and snacks available. People have complained about the lifts, had no problem at all, we was on the 13th floor . Couldn’t have asked for anything more really, deposit was pending and got it back the same day we left. Looking at coming back next year. Great location.   Unfortunately this will no longer be our favourite place to stay.We and other guests had several bad experiences with the moody unhelpful reception staff. The only one who was nice was the lady.The man working on Thursday 10th between 8pm- midnight was definitely the worst we have ever experienced. Never seen him in all the years visiting and don’t want to ever see him again. Such a bad attitude. I mean how dare we arrive at 9pm which meant he had to do something Bar staff were all great, most were the same faces, happy and friendly.Rooms were clean, fridge didn’t work too well but the reception guy the following morning didn’t care basically. We didn’t make a scene, just won’t return due to a catalogue of events On the last day Thursday 17th September the daytime reception man was equally unfriendly. Huffing and puffing when we asked to leave our luggage in the luggage room.A few hours later we remembered we had left travel pillow on the bed. We asked if it had been handed in, he said he wouldn’t know until the morning when the maid came back in. There’s no lost property box, book or system in place so essentially there’s no way of getting any items back if the maid has gone home.In this instance it wasn’t the end of the world, it’s a pillow, I’ll buy a new one but what if it was an item of sentimental value you wanted to try to recover?
