  Clean comfortable hotel and not noisy. Great location, beside old town and beaches and within walking distance to strip. Great breakfast. Recommend.

  Amazing hotel after recent renovations. Staff are excellent. The receptionist helped us loads. Roof top bar with a pool has spectacular views over Benidorm

  Would give the Hotel possibly 6-7 out of 10 however the hotel is having a major refurbishment in November so can only score the hotel as it is today.The reception staff are absolutely fantastic, they really make you feel like nothing is to much trouble and go out of their way to accommodate your every need, they even left a bottle of bubbly and a cake in our room as a surprise for our anniversary, the staff really do make this hotel a warm and inviting place to stay.Towels were changed every day and your room was serviced every day even though it is not needed to be done as often.Would definitely recommend the Primvera as a place to stay in the old town and that is mainly down to the exceptional staff.Thank you for everything Hotel primavera benidorm, Atención al cliente/recepción at Hotel Primavera Benidorm, responded to this review Dear Guest,Thank you so much for your wonderful and thoughtful review.   Just returned from a 3 night stay at Hotel Primavera Benidorm. The hotel is located in Benidorm Old Town, 80 euro taxi ride from the airport, and a short 5 minute walk from the Old Town, and 5 minute walk from the beach. If you want to hit the Benidorm strip, you would be looking at around a 30-minute walk or 8 euro taxi. On arrival, we were welcomed by the lovely Yohanne in Reception, who was very warm, friendly, polite, and humorous, which immediately started our stay on a great note. We arrived a little early before check-in, but as our rooms were already cleaned, Yohanne allowed us to check in early 😊. The room I had (315) was very basic, but was clean and had the essentials I needed for a 3 night stay on the lash with the lads, i.e. Clean bed, bath, sink, shower, wardrobe, toilet, Air Con, and Safe Box. There was also a wall mounted TV, but I wasn't in the room long enough to comment on it. 😅Once checked in, bags dropped off in room, and back in Reception, Yohanne gave us some great tips and advice on places we could visit locally for a quick bite to eat, and a few drinks, which was great!The next day we were greeted by the wonderful Jekaterina, who informed us that later in the evening they had arranged a cake and champagne to celebrate my mates birthday. After spending the day out, when we returned, Jekaterina reminded us that we needed to stop off in the bar before leaving for the night. So we all arranged to meet, and when we got to the bar later that evening, sure enough, Jekaterina was there, and brought out a cake and Champagne for the Birthday Boy! 😅In summary, the hotel is very basic, but great value for money, the room I had was clean, and had all of the essentials needed in the room, but what made the short stay special was tge staff, the care and attention of Jekaterina and Yohanne, they are both a great asset to Hotel Primavera, and I would happily stay there again, if I knew they were both still working there.   What an amazing hotel! For the money we were shocked, fantastic staff, spotlessly clean and they even bought me a cake, flowers and cava for my 50th. This is a 2 star but don't be fooled, if it had a pool it would easily be a 4, nothing is too much trouble for the amazing staff. Everything has been perfect!
