Location

This hotel is situated in the centre of Benidorm, 400 m from Levante beach, close to the old town and 5 minutes walk from the Triangular Square and the commercial centre of Benidorm where guests will find many shops, bars and restaurants.

Facility

The hotel has 15 single rooms and 211 double rooms, which are located on 16 storeys and are reachable by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a TV room, a playroom and a library. Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is included as standard in some rooms. All rooms are carpeted and include a double bed or a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe and a minibar are also available. Guests will also find a tea/coffee station included among the standard features. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub, as well as a hairdryer. The hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

The pool complex ensures comfortable swimming with its pleasantly heated water and 4 outdoor and indoor pools (for a fee). Children can splash around in a special swimming area just for them. Thrills on the waterslide, refreshing drinks at the pool bar and a soothing soak in the hot tub – the pool area has a little something for every state of mind and body. Sun loungers and parasols are available on the sun terrace. For guests who wish to keep active, cycling/mountain biking, crazy golf and golf are available. A wide range of indoor sporting activities are also offered, for example darts and aerobics or, for a fee, a gym, table tennis and billiards. There is a wellness area with a spa, a hammam, a beauty salon and a solarium and, for an additional fee, a sauna, a steam bath and massage treatments. Leisure facilities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club and live music.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a café and a bar. The restaurant has air conditioning and high chairs for children. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board, full board and all-inclusive. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Special culinary options, such as diet meals, are also available. The hotel also offers special catering options.

    Good Hotel, Service and Friendly Staff

    Lovely hotel, good food and friendly staff/service. However, I do have negative when paying full price for my 15 year old son I would at least expect a bed and not a chair/bed. If I had paid for a child I would expect this but not when paying full price. Also, more umbrellas are needed around pool and top area loungers.

    Set centrally in Benidorm (meaning it's a bit of a walk to Old Town, New Town & Beach), we found this large hotel welcoming, clean & comfortable.We were on the 15th (of 16) floors - so had a good view. As far as i can tell all the rooms are very similar and have balconies the main difference being number of beds and the view (rooms facing East or South). Luckily the hotel has 6 elevators - although we did note that 2 of them always seemed to be broken!On location - it's worth knowing that this hotel is on a slight hill, and busses can't access the small road it's on. There are steps to get to the restaurant, pool area & bar. Also being a good 15min walk to the beach i would not recommend this hotel if you struggle with steps, although they do their best to try to help.The 1 restaurant was pretty good... over the course of a week we saw a variety of foods, always a number of choices including meat & fish. I was given a medium steak, that was raw when cut - so do check any live cooking. All the pre-cooked dishes were fine. Entertainment & Pool areas were good. Pool bar & snack van seem to have seasonal opening, this means frequent trips to the indoor bar - but it's not far - again up steps. The main outdoor Pool was not heated, but plenty of people using it.There are 2 tiers of All inclusive.. Silver & Gold. The main difference is the premium branded drinks (as opposed to domestic versions) and a small difference in snacks & cocktails & maybe constraints using the indoor pool. If you're not a heavy or fussy drinker then you don't really need to pay to upgrade.Some people complain about "paying for everything".. we didn't have any problems. Drinks & Snacks were pretty cheap (although with AI almost all we're free). Deposits for pool towels & room safe were all returned at checkout without any issues.

    We loved this hotel from start to finish, the last time we went was 9 years previous but I think it has definitely improved, it was spotless! Our room 402 was cleaned daily it was immaculate the lady worked so hard and always had a smile on her face in the morning and was the 1st person to wish me a happy birthday!!! She then left me a lovely towel display with a free bottle of fizz to celebrate. The food was fine we never went hungry we loved the little salad dishes again the staff work so hard serving you with drinks and clearing the tables away, we never once waited for a table. The bar area could get busy but the staff still had smiles on their faces they literally never stop. I also liked the fact the sunbeds are not opened until 10am but can imagine it gets really busy in the peak season. This hotel is situated in a great location in-between the new and the old town. Will definitely return to this hotel.

    So a honest review from our perspective the good The hotel was immaculately clean. The cleaners did an amazing job of cleaning the hotel and room, the reception staff very friendly and staff in general. This is a beautiful looking hotel and close to old town and easy access to the road that leads to the strip. The pool area is lovely and splash park for kids lovely but busy still easily get a sunbed. I saw the animation team working hard but my kids didn't go to the activities also got a early check in.The bad The lifts are a nightmare at busy times especially if your on a high floor and if you can't walk up the stairs or have young kids. The breakfast was good but the lunch and evening meals we found was not very good and had quite bad stomachs there were a few things under cooked and personally the sausages needed cooking a few extra minutes for breakfast. The selection for kids on evening and lunch needs to be separate with more things for them also a ice-cream machine would be a winner aswell.

    Absolutely excellent hotel, close to everything, beach, bars and restaurants. Two little complaints, we asked for tap water with our lunch or dinner, it's served warm, felt it could have been jugs of iced water. Secondly, felt not anything much on the menu for kids, thought there would be burgers, sausages or chicken nuggets
