Location

The hotel is situated few metres from the tourist centre of Benidorm, 300 m from Levante Beach and 600 m from Poniente Beach. In the surroundings guests will find restaurants, bars and a wide variety of shops. Public transport is located 100 m away.

132 non-smoking rooms, including 13 junior suites, 2 suites, 13 single rooms and 102 double rooms, are located on 21 storeys and can be reached by lift. The reception desk is open round the clock. Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the sea view from a balcony or terrace. Sport

While the adults swim a few laps in the outdoor pool, children can enjoy splashing about in their own swimming area. A hot tub invites guests to soothe their muscles, and a poolside snack bar will take care of any hungry bellies. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. For guests who wish to keep active, cycling/mountain biking, bocce and golf are available. A wide range of indoor sporting activities are also offered, for example table tennis and darts or, for a fee, a gym, billiards and aerobics. There is a wellness area with a spa, a steam bath, a hammam and a solarium and, for an additional fee, a sauna and massage treatments. Additional leisure activities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club and live music.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a restaurant (with high chairs), a café and a bar. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and full board. For breakfast (continental), lunch, and dinner, guests serve themselves at the buffet or choose their favourite dishes from the à la carte options (for dinner). Staff are also happy to provide children's meals.

    Just come back from a 14 night stay here.Lovely hotel, 2 mins walk to the old town, 5 mins walk to the sandy beach. Not much of a food selection but we always found something to our liking. Nice pool area, drinks reasonable prices for a hotel. Lovely helpful staff. We used the spa one day and had a massage, was a great area with a large hydropool, sauna and steam room. A big shout out to Alain the poolside Anamacion and evening compere, he was so funny and kept us all entertained with his humour, a great guy.Martin & Gillian (aka Steve and Tina 😀 )

    Big family group 19 of us ranging from 80yrs old to 1 year but plenty of room for us to chill, sunbathe or play with the children. Close to old town & beach, the nightime party strip is about 20 mins walk away (we walked back everytime we went but plenty of taxis if needed) . Main Pool & jacuzzi was cold but ok after aclimatising, childrens pool was better as much shallower. We booked half board & generally for us the food choices & the variety was fantastic but I'd say use the hand sanitizers provided in reasturant just to keep any tummy bugs at bay. All guests have to touch the serving appliances, few in our party got bit ill. The Hotel entertainment was great games around the pool & evening shows in the bar Alain was the main man for all the events & what a great guy, he had fun humour & motivating personality, he got our UK jokes & understood our speedy Mancunion talking. I found out he had studying in UK for few years which is probably why. Hotel Prizes & certificates were proudly received for wining the games

    Welcomed at reception by greg who said Welcome back again nice touch check in smooth no issues as we were full board was sent straight for dinner Waiting staff in restaurant immaculate as ever couple of staff knew we were returning guests again nice touch Restaurant personally I thought it had improved from a standard that was very good to a point were bar has been raised to excellent anyone complaining about food needs to give head a wooble breakfast following day was as allways excellent well done managment in reading advice on platforms like this i suggested last year to provide a little tub with plastic bag on table at breakfast saves putting tea bags on plates rubbish makes it easier for staff to clean well done managment 👏Pool allways beds pool freezing still but ah ohNow rooms i was always put in a room facing pool never had no complaint but this time I was put in a room facing old town omg these rooms are spacious to the point you could live in one so much room beds comfy On check out spoke to andrea if I could have room july as we are returning just email in 2 weeks before See you all july victoria

    Great Hotel with Great Staff

    Another fantastic stay at the RH Victoria, made all that more enjoyable by the fantastic staff. Friendly welcome by Greg and Andrea and nice to be recognised as as returning guest. Room as expected exceptionally clean, thanks to Maripaz and the cleaners, who cleaned our room to a high standard. Well furnished and plenty of hot water for the shower in the large bathroom. Heard no noise resulting a great nights sleep. No need to rush for sunbeds, plenty available. (Despite the best efforts of Alain not many guests wanted too partake in some poolside games, he has a very difficult job and tries very hard and manages to maintain a positive attitude) We always managed to find something in the restaurant. Bar drinks not very expensive and great outside area serviced by Adrian . Everything was positive and the hotel is excellently located between old and new Benidorm and the beaches. Check out fast and efficient by Roberto, will we return? Of course we have booked for July
