Location

This complex is located in the Rincón de Loix area, a 10-minute walk from Playa de Levante beach. The complex is just a few minutes away from the shopping and entertainment area with supermarkets, shops, bars, restaurants and a local hospital. There is a taxi and bus stop on the doorstep and the train and bus stations are around 3 km away. The centre of Benidorm is a 5-minute drive from the complex, the theme park is 15 minutes by car and Alicante is roughly 35 minutes' drive. Nearby airports include Alicante-El Altet (60 km away) and Valencia (145 km away).

Facility

English-speaking staff are happy to assist and advise. To ensure a comfortable and relaxing stay, the bungalow complex provides a hairdresser. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. Everyday necessities can be purchased at the supermarket. The grounds of the complex feature a playground and a lovely garden. Bicycles can be kept in the bicycle storage area.

Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. Guests can enjoy the garden view from a balcony or terrace. The rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed. Separate bedrooms can be booked. Extra beds can be requested. A safe provides secure storage for guests' personal property. A refrigerator, a stovetop, a microwave and a tea/coffee station are standard features. There is also a washing machine and an ironing set. A telephone, a TV and WiFi (for a fee) are provided as well. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and a bathtub. The complex has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

Sport

Whether more active or in need of rest and relaxation, guests can unwind at the pool complex, which includes a children's area and a total of 3 swimming pools. A terrace with sun loungers and parasols is available. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the complex, including tennis, a gym and a solarium.

    Excellent apartments 5 mins walk to all amenities and very well kept gardens and pool great host aswell. We stayed with private host do I dont know what other apartments are like. Great pools aswell never busy going back 2nd time soon.some host do airport transfers too if u ask

    Just home after a great week staying here. The bungalow was clean & extremely spacious. We love to cook & although the kitchen was small it was extremely well equipped & the gas cooker was great. Comfortable beds, with Aircon in 1 bedroom & living room. Bathroom was a bit out dated but had a great shower & loads of hot water. Just 10 minute walk to bars & restaurants. Very quiet complex & it is well maintained. We have stayed here a few times & hope to return next year.

    Returned after lockdown lovely villas in a good location plenty of nice bars and restaurants in the area. Within 10 minutes walk to the beach and main entertainment area.Miguel very helpful, thank you. All going we will be back again.     Nice little townhouse

    A nice little townhouse set in a complex with other little community of townhouses. Has 3 large communal swimming pools a tennis court and play are for the kids. A lot are Spanish owned but there's also a few that are British owned and available to let. Most have 2 bedrooms and bathroom upstairs and kitchen, living area and toilet downstairs. We met a few of the neighbour's on the complex and everyone is friendly. The houses even have a small garden area at the back. Brilliant for anyone on a budget and close to the strip and rincon area of benidorm Miguel Angel Salva Ripoll, Director General at Rinconada Real Bungalows - Ap2000, responded to this review You have given a good description of the complex. I think you have not come through Apart 2000 Service, since in 2020 we had no British clients due to the pandemic.
