Location

The resort is located only 700 meters from the Levante beach.

Facility

200 rooms are available to guests. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a currency exchange service and a drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas (no extra charge). The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The apartment hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (for a fee). Further services include a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus.

Rooms

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. In some rooms, a terrace provides additional space for relaxation. Rooms include a sofa bed. Extra beds or children's beds can be provided upon request. A minibar and a desk or, for an additional fee, a safe are also available. Additional features include a mini fridge and a tea/coffee station. A telephone, a flatscreen television and WiFi (no extra charge) are provided as well. A hairdryer and a telephone are available in the bathrooms, which are equipped with a shower. As an extra convenience, bathrooms provide cosmetic products. Guests can also book 8 wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The hotel has family rooms, non-smoking rooms and smoking rooms.

Sport

Guests can work out or just relax in the outdoor and indoor pools. Kids can splash about in a special swimming area just for them. Refreshing drinks are served at the poolside snack bar. Water sports available at the hotel include windsurfing, kitesurfing, sailing, snorkelling, diving and aquafit. Sport and leisure facilities at the apartment hotel include table tennis, billiards and callisthenics. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna and a solarium. Subject to charge: massage treatments. The hotel has a number of entertainment facilities available, including an entertainment programme, a kids' club and a nightclub.

Meals

The dining area includes a bar. Guests can enjoy dining in the cosy atmosphere of the 2 restaurants (a buffet and air conditioning available). The hotel offers a wide range of catering options. Half board and all-inclusive can be booked. Among the advantages of an all-inclusive stay are various offers, including a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Diet meals and gluten-free meals can be prepared on request. The apartment hotel also offers special catering options.

    Enjoyable but wouldn’t return

    Reception - friendly but room not ready until 4.30pm which I thought was quite late.24th floor - wasn’t too much of a problem even though one lift not working never had to wait too long Bar staff - really good & friendly Location - suited us a bit away from main strip etc but easily walkable Room - spacious , clean One day we discovered we’d not been left any towels . Phoned reception . 40 mins later still no towels . Rang again . 10 minutes towels appeared .Felt a bit chilly at night .Liked having the extra room with sofa to chill Fridge was a plus . Only got a bottle of water on day of arrival .Pool - clean but very basic . Got Sunbeds no problem but not the best experience . Not that relaxing . Music from speakers was fine but if the animation team did something their music was played on top and listening to 2 different musics was irritatingSnack bar - very basic but was okBreakfast - staff very good , good choice , room felt quite drab Didn’t eat lunch or evening meal as were out every night Wouldn’t stay there again just wasn’t for us .

    Just spent a week at the Sandos and no complaints at all. Nice clean Hotel with lovely rooms food we fine especially the Breakfast which was super. Nice pool and bar area with snacks available most of the day. A bit away from the front but thats why we chose it nice and quiet but just a short stroll to loads of Bars and Restaurants

    This is our second time staying at sandos and we were pleased by our stay. Here are the positives and negatives. We stayed all inclusive for a long weekend in the sun. Positives:- the rooms were really clean, although there was a slight smell coming from the bathroom but not sure how this would be avoidable. Last time we stayed there was a sick smell in our room and this has improved by this time. Beds were made lovely with working tv and kettle and amenities needed. Towels were changed and the room was cleaned upon request. We had two rooms and there was plenty of space for each other. - last time we stayed the lifts are quite jolty and shaky, I’m not sure if this is wind and weather dependent but this seemed to have improved since last time. - we were able to rent towels for £10€10 ( cash ) that is returnable when handed back in.- the poolside and sun beds were clean and there was enough to go around, towels were never removed from unpresent sunbeds so be aware, not too sure as summer goes on this may change depending on the busy seasons. - we didn’t really stay around for entertainment but there is plenty for children to do as there is a teen lounge and a children’s lounge. The entertainment staff were lovely we watched them do aqua gym and activities they were confident and happy staff who seemed they were happy to work here and enjoy their job. They did cocktails and cake and did other activities such as archery. - food. As a fussy eater last time I struggled a lot because I don’t like fish, I still feel like a lot of the dishes were fish dependent however there was still some smaller choices such as grilled chicken continental meats and cheeses and chips. The drink choice at dinner too is nice so there is wine and sangria and soft drink choices.- the hotel as a whole is sophisticated and clean and the reception staff are super helpful when needed. - the day snack bar was lovely, the food was fast and the chefs served with a smile and the food is nice especially for fussy eaters Negatives: - the main thing that stood out for me was some of the bar staff attitudes towards making mojitos. If this is an issue the drink should be removed from the menu. I spoke to another couple staying here too who was refused a monitor because there was ‘no more lemons’ although when I went to the bar later on I was able to get one. At the night time staff snarled and huffed and puffed at me asking for a mojito it made me extremely uncomfortable and then they started speaking Spanish and laughing right in front of my face. I was also refused a monitor at one point ‘no more mojitos’ I wouldn’t mind and wouldn’t order it if it wasn’t on the cocktail menu. -the bar staff were also shouting down the queue for tips saying things such as ‘ I have four kids’ leave tips. This is extremely unprofessional and personal to-say to people who have already paid a large cost to come to sandos suites and pay for all inclusive. Another gentleman at the bar also was mumbling and all I could catch from when he was talking to me was no more drinks if you don’t leave a tip. This made me extremely uncomfortable so I was not able to use my full all inclusive to its maximum. - the pool had a lot of wasps floating around which cannot be helped in hotter season however I think going around on the hour to net them out could be a possibility for someone who is allergic to bug bites. - the toilets downstairs by the front door and by the restaurant were not stocked with toilet paper, I had to go to the disabled toilets and use toilet paper from there. Overall the hotel itself and the services were great, and we were happy to come be back here at Samos again l.     Staff and food great but could improve on some of the facilities

    We have just returned from a week at Sandos Benidorm Suites for my Fiancé's 60th birthday. We booked a superior double room with Select option as we have been to other Sandos resorts and feel it's worth the extra. We were given room 1806 on the 18th floor. The lifts for the 'even number' rooms had only 1 working the entire time so we had to use the 'odd' lifts and go to the 19th floor every day and walk down. Very frustrating. The room was a great size with separate bedroom. Fridge. Coffee machine. Double size balcony with 2 lounge chairs and a small table and chairs. Fridge stocked with drinks on arrival. Slippers and dressing gowns also provided.Reported to the maid on 1st morning that coffee machine didn't work properly and one plug was hanging out. We heard nothing more about this from anyone. We also found the water pressure in the bathroom to be very low and shower took ages to warm up and then dribble out. Also had to ask for blankets for bedroom as we found it really chilly at night. We found food very good with lots of choice for all meals. Pool bar served great snacks too. Only thing we would have liked would be to sit outside to eat but the restaurant was on basement floor so no natural light or outside space. Indian restaurant was great but also on basement level.We never had a problem getting sunbeds and the Animation Team were wonderful at getting everyone involved. All staff we met were very happy and friendly.Select area was nice with lots of choice of premium drinks and snacks. Outside area had chairs, sofas and bali beds. Was missing a jacuzzi or small plunge pool which would have elevated the Select experience. Also there were no toilets close by so had to keep going either down to basement area or out to pool area. On our last day we were being picked up at 8 am. Had to ask at reception whether an early breakfast is provided and was told we could go down at 7.30 am for continental only. All that was available when we did was toast and cereal. We expected some pastries, rolls and possibly cheese and meats but these didnt come out until nearly 8am. We have always been provided with a full continental in other hotels on final morning. All in we had a lovely holiday but feel there were quite a few things Sandos Benidorm Suites could do to match the other Sandos hotel experiences we have had.
