200 rooms are available to guests. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a currency exchange service and a drinks machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas (no extra charge). The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The apartment hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. A number of shops, including a supermarket and souvenir shop, are great for shopping or just browsing. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (for a fee). Further services include a car hire service, medical assistance, a transfer service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus.

Air conditioning and central heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. In some rooms, a terrace provides additional space for relaxation. Rooms include a sofa bed. Water sports available at the hotel include windsurfing, kitesurfing, sailing, snorkelling, diving and aquafit. Sport and leisure facilities at the apartment hotel include table tennis, billiards and callisthenics. There is a wellness area with a spa, a sauna and a solarium. Subject to charge: massage treatments. The hotel has a number of entertainment facilities available, including an entertainment programme, a kids' club and a nightclub.

    This is a great hotel in a great location for the strip and the old town. The staff are lovely Oscar,Jenny,Jesus are great fun and the rooms are great. Food is excellent with plenty of choice.     Just returned from a lovely week at sandos , rooms had everything we needed with a big spacious balcony, food was nice in restaurant and snack bar though we were not too impressed with the indian restaurant food it was very bland , perfect location, lovely friendly pool bar staff especially pepe & Israel who taught us some Spanish everyday ?? would stay again at this hotel for sure FRANCESC GUALDO JUNYENT, Guest Services / Front Office at Sandos Benidorm Suites, responded to this review Dear kazzandyThank you for such a lovely review!     Tired Room fantastic pool area

    Our room was tired, the balcony was fantastic. Speaking to other guests it appeared that there are newly refurbished rooms we were clearly not in one of them. On arrival we had to complain to reception that our balcony doors would not close meaning the air-con would not operate, this was resolved quickly. No tea and coffee was available in the room , advised to “go to the pool bar” this took time as one of the two lifts were out of order. Breakfast really good although the restaurant was located in a basement with no windows. Pool area fantastic, staff at pool bar excellent. Reception staff rude and disinterested- possibly ‘Clare, English lady’ in particular disinterested.     Great holiday at Sandos Suites

    Just got back from a week at Sandos Benidorm Suites, we love the location as it's easy to get to both old town and strip and in a quiet location, rooms are big, pool area good and great snack bar, Pepe, Fran and Israel in pool bar very happy and friendly, reception staff very helpful, food ok in main restaurant, wasn't keen on Indian restaurant as wasn't spicy enough for our taste. Would recommend this hotel and would stay there again.
