    Terrible air con - very disappointed 😞

    The apartment itself was fine but the air conditioning unit in the lounge area didn't work and the owner refused to discount the price! In the end, it was so unbearably hot in the apartment, we bought a cheap fan and they agreed to pay for it. The curtains were broken and we emptied a big bag of rubbish from inside the only "working" air conditioning in the bedroom. We could not use the celling fan as it wobbled so bad, it was like something from the movie Final Destination!

    Absolutely fantastic apartment it has been revamped spotlessly clean & most things brand new just could not fault (once shower drain sorted) nico was very helpful will definitely return again everything was so good

    Filthy dilapidated apartment

    Never use ARCO Rental - the apartment was filthy, the agent was agressive and refused to move us for two days. In spite of our booking confirmation there was no balcony. The furniture was broken and hidden with a cushion or a throw. Terrible place. The only nice thing was the beautiful beach view. The kitchen was unusable it was so unhygienic but at least the sheets were clean ( about the only thing that was ). The safe would not open either. No change of towels or bed linen. Never cleaned either,

    Great location but no aircon

    We Stayed here for a week with our two children and two friends.. hotel was clean on arrival but we never had a cleaner or towel change for the whole stay!!! Sand everywhere and not much cleaning equipment . Worst part was being 6 months pregnant and no aircon . Was told it was broke that was that basically , beds were awful, one single one was broke and propped up with books! Despite this we did have a good holiday and a few minor changes could really make this place so much better . The location is perfect

    I have just returned from staying in an apartment situated on the 15th floor. The apartment was perfect for our needs. I was there with my pensioner parents and two year old son. It was so relaxing at night. Most places closed around 9pm on the sea front. We had a great choice of restaurants to choose from. We particularly enjoyed the coffee with brandy and some churros. It is approximately 10 to 15 minutes from the old town. The apartment is a great base and we enjoyed having lunch there when it got warm at midday and you could relax and enjoy the view. The beds were comfortable and having two bathrooms made it much easier. The apartment can be accessed by a lift at either side and we had a key that gave you access to the ramp which was handy as we had a buggy. Access to the beach was great and it was nice to be able to wave up to Gran and Grandpa who could watch from the apartment. Would love to come back.
