Location

The hotel is situated in an animated hotel area of Benidorm, just 300 metres away from Levante beach, and a few metres from a wide variety of restaurants, bars and shops. The old town and tourist centre are 20 minutes' walking distance away and the hotel is only 100 metres from public transport.

Facility

Units include 17 single rooms and 341 double rooms located in a 9-storey main building and an 8-storey auxiliary building. Staffed 24 hours a day, the reception desk provides a smooth check-in/check-out service. Amenities include a baggage storage service, safe, currency exchange service and drinks machine. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel has a range of facilities for guests with disabilities. The hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities and 6 lifts. Film lovers are sure to find just what they're looking for in the cinema's listings. The grounds of the hotel feature a playground and a lovely garden. Additional amenities include a newspaper stand, a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage (for a fee) or in the car park. Further services and facilities include medical assistance, room service, a laundry service, a hairdresser and a coin-operated laundry. A fax machine is available for guests' business needs.

Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and individually adjustable heating. Some rooms include a balcony. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. Guests will also find a refrigerator included among the standard features. A trouser press is provided for guests' convenience. Sport

The outdoor pool complex includes a children's swimming area and is ideal for working out or just relaxing. A short break or an entire afternoon on the sun terrace, which features sun loungers and parasols, is time well spent. There is a poolside snack bar as well. The hotel offers an extensive outdoor sports programme, including cycling/mountain biking, golf, archery, fishing and horse riding. With windsurfing, canoeing, snorkelling and diving available, fans of water sports will have plenty to choose from. A wide range of indoor sporting activities are also offered, for example darts, bowling, squash and aerobics or, for a fee, table tennis and billiards. A wellness area with a solarium is available at the hotel. Additional leisure activities include an entertainment programme, a kids' club and live music.

Meals

Various dining options are available, including a café and a bar. The restaurant has air conditioning and high chairs for children. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and full board. A delicious and varied buffet awaits guests at breakfast, lunch and dinner. Special culinary options, such as diet meals, are also available. The hotel also offers special catering options.
