Do no come in February or March

    rating18 Feb 2026

SHA is a fantastic place, I truly love it. However I would advise against visiting now until renovations are finished. The noise in the rooms is quite unbearable. We were informed beforehand of the closure of the swimming pool and sauna and they granted us some credit for treatments. However none mentioned about the extent of the noise. As a result is difficult to relax . Tis is very disappointing for a 5 stars hotel. Quality SHA, Otros at Sha Spain, responded to this review Dear Mrs. Gutierrez,Thank you for sharing your feedback and for your kind words about SHA.Your comments have been shared with the relevant teams as we continue working to minimise the impact on our guests. We hope to have the pleasure of welcoming you back and providing you the peaceful SHA experience you deserve.
