    I have stayed here a couple times before. It is conveniently located just off I 15 and University Parkway. It is right next to a gas station, and just across the parking lot you will find a Subway, Dominos and Roxbury which is super helpful if you are a really tired traveler and don’t want to drive anywhere. It’s close to shopping and good restaurants. Beds are always comfortable. I would’ve appreciated something printed in the room to tell me where an ice machine and other amenities were located. My room was at the end of the hall and so it was pretty quiet, but be aware you can hear every sound as people walk down the halls. The fridge in the room is convenient but not very cold so I would not plan to use it for anything except drinks. It does not have a little freezer compartment.     Too Noisy.

    Normally we have had good experiences with Holiday Inn Express, but the room we had was really noisy. We could hear street noise as if the window was wide open. We were also awakened early by the dump trucks just outside our window, and once by neighbors next door. In the latter case, they weren't being particularly noisy, just talking normally and we could hear them as if in their room. If you stay here, check on room location, which might help the outside noise issue.     A Great Place to Stay

    I had to cancel a reservation at the last minute and was not charged. Not only that, they held my information, so when I showed up a day later, check in was a breeze! The staff were phenomenal!The property was clean, quiet, and comfortable with all the amenities I've come to expect from an IHG property. It's also close to food, fuel, and shopping. If you're looking for a cheap room, this isn't it, but if you're looking for quality, this will be right up your alley!     Lovely and clean, nice breakfast. We stayed one night during a 14 day US road trip. Was a good stopping point to break up a long drive. Would stay again.     Nice surprise....and a relief

    We had booked a room at another hotel in Provo. It was a disaster. I was able to book this Holiday Inn Express on the same day. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was great- we couldn't have been happier. Will definitely return.
