Location

The hotel is located in the tourist centre, just 100 m from the Levante Beach and 10 minutes' walking distance from Old Town and the Benidorm centre with its many shops, bars and restaurants. In front of the hotel there is public transport. The discos are 800 m from the hotel.

Facility

The hotel has 16 junior suites, 4 single rooms and 56 double rooms, which are located on 7 storeys and are reachable by 2 lifts. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a cash machine. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The hotel offers a number of facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. Additional amenities include a TV room and a playroom. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (for a fee). Further services and facilities include medical assistance, a transfer service, room service (for a fee), a laundry service, a coin-operated laundry and a hotel shuttle bus. A bicycle hire service provides all the necessary equipment for exploring the surrounding area. Complimentary newspapers are available. A fax machine is available for guests' business needs.

Rooms

Air conditioning and individually adjustable heating ensure that rooms maintain comfortable temperatures. A balcony is among the standard features of some rooms. The rooms have a double bed and a sofa bed. Extra beds can be requested. A safe, a minibar and a desk are also available. A direct dial telephone, a television with satellite/cable channels, a stereo system and WiFi (no extra charge) provide all the essentials for a comfortable holiday. A turndown service provides guests with additional comfort in the evening hours. A hairdryer and a telephone are provided in the bathrooms, which include a shower and a bathtub. Guests can also book wheelchair-friendly rooms with wheelchair-accessible bathrooms. The hotel has 76 non-smoking rooms.

Sport

Even in cool weather, guests can swim a few laps in the heated outdoor pool. Guests can treat themselves to refreshing drinks at the poolside snack bar and a relaxing soak in the hot tub. Various dining options are available, including a café and a bar. The non-smoking restaurant provides high chairs for children. Catering options include bed and breakfast, half board and full board. A generous breakfast buffet and a set dinner menu offer culinary delights every day. Diet meals, gluten-free meals and vegetarian dishes can be prepared on request. The hotel also offers special catering options.

    Rooms were lovely booked bed and breakfast but wish not booked breakfast as stone cold tried first morning cold so went out for breakfast, so tried 2nd morning exactly the same so just had breakfast out everyday. The pool bar was lovely only issue was when you went up all beds taken with towels with hardly anyone there. Tried everyday was the same each day. Should be a policy to remove towels after so long if no one actually using the beds.     Very nice room avenue view breakfast very basic . But hotel in an ideal spot for old and new town and for the beach , never had a meal there so can’t comment on the evening food .     We were on the first floor our patio doors wouldn’t lock or the bathroom window. We complained about this as our passports and valuables would not be secured. We were given the safe for free for 1 day. We had to go and complain again given the safe for 1 day . We were there for a week . The suite balcony was tiny and over the downstairs restaurant. The WiFi hardly ever worked. The food in the restaurant was not good at breakfast, poor selection of fruit mostly tinned. We were half board not impressed with the menu I like a salad and fruit not mashed potatoes,meat pizza or pasta . The menu never changed . We got food poisoning not sure where from had it from but struggled to get water from the vending machine. I have stayed in a Medplaya hotel in Benidorm before it was excellent hence my choice here . The staff were rude at reception. I’m a holiday sales representative, I will never recommend this to my customers. The security at the hotel is poor the lifts very slow. Overall I’m very disappointed.
