    ABSOLUTE SCAM!!!

    rating23 Sept 2026

ABSOLUTE SCAM!Over €200 deposit robbed. Owners tried to claim parts of apartment such as cracked toilet seat, shower tray were damaged by us, even though we had photographic evidence when we arrived. After consulting for weeks and proving their claims to be lies, they stopped responding and never sent the deposit back. DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT YOUR DEPOSIT BACK (WHICH IS NOT ADVERTISED ANYWHERE).Horrific customer service

    DO NOT STAY HERE

    rating23 Sept 2026

DO NOT STAY HERE!!Forced to pay a €200 deposit that was not advertised anywhere. Then refused to refund the deposit based on a ‘broken toilet seat’ that we have proof was already damaged on arrival.Followed up with multiple calls and messages to no avail.DO NOT STAY - THEY WILL DO THE SAME TO YOU!!!!

Great hotel and easy key collection/drop off.

    rating28 Jun 2024

Absolutely loved it here. We were on the 12th floor. We were supposed to stay in one of the hotels near to it, but there was a problem with the room they told us, so they put us in this one. The views were amazing and right on the beach. We would definitely stay here again, and having a washing machine was a bonus.

    Do not use Opodo

    rating24 Aug 2023

Never got the keys for the apartment, no one at the front desk.opodo did not help in anyway and did not gave me my money back .I had to book another hotel, after standing for 6 hours. The hotel was very nice Fincas Arena, Director General at Torre Levante Apartments, responded to this review You have evaluated a wrong property. That Torre Levante apartment is managed by FINCAS ARENA and we don´t work with OPODO, so if you booked with them, your reservation it was not in our property
