  This was one of the worst travel experiences I’ve ever had. The apartment had constant construction noise from the flat above and a strong, unpleasant smell in the en suite. Things became far more serious when there was a break‑in — only our money, tech and a bag were taken, nothing belonging to the apartment. I provided a full Spanish police report, yet the hosts responded with hostility instead of support.They branded me a liar, called me a fraud, and accused me of inventing both the noise and the break‑in to get a “free holiday” even threatened legal action against me. They bombarded me with rude messages, ignored my actual questions, and made false claims about “urine‑soaked mattresses” to keep my deposit. Their behaviour was rude, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable.I’ve filed a formal complaint and cannot recommend this property to anyone.

  arrived 3pm 16-09-2025 departed 30-09-2025.we arived around 3pm at torre yago apartments.no one in reception.read on google some people collected their keys from trebol app's.walked to trebol,to be told they did not have our keys and reception would re open at 5pm.tried ringing reception at 5pm to not get an answer.hung around and eventually at 5.30 a man came in with our keys.we were mortified at the run down mess of an apartment we had been given apartment 6-1.also apartment was in total shade.the apartment sides drop back from the front of building.phoned love holidays to be told to complain to reception.once again no one was in reception.managed to complain the next day to be told (eventually) he could move us on saturday 21st.we had to endure this apartment for 4 days.it made my skin crawl,to the point i wanted to go home.i did not live in a clean well maintained home to come to this run down apartment.we moved on the saturday to 6-3 and was very pleased.front of building with the views in the ad.on the morning of our departure we were meeting our transfer coach at 02.45.we left apartment room at 2.30 to give plenty of time to get to coach (pick up was at the back of torre yago).as i have always done over many,many years left the keys on the table and closed the door.we went to go out only to find all the 6ft gates were locked.(we did not know there were any gates as they slid out of view.)i phoned multiple time to reception man.eventually got an answer.i told him we were locked in and our transfer (by this tme)was in 5 minutes.he said we should have left the keys in a deposit box.i told him no one told us this and why was we not made aware of this and his ignorant reply was "because you never asked" !. with this he said he could not get to us in time.the ages of my part is two 63 yr old and one 70 yr old.we had to lift our cases and hand luggage over this 6ft gate then climb over the gate.my husband hurt his toe which turned black and he thought it was broken.we then had to run,with our cases and just made the transfer.i must add the first 4 days in this disgraceful apartment were the worst i have ever stayed in.please find attached photos,showing plaster off walls,cracks all around windows and walls,rust everywhere,stinking dirty windows that you couldn't see out of,shower off runner and broken plastic shower screen.toilets chipped and dirty.view down on dirty roof tops,air con leaking,louvre doors all greasy,doors not shutting,you had to slam them to close.etc.it was the worst experiance of my life.

  Excellent loction, superb sea views, we collected our keys from the office, which is a 5 minute walk away. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Apartment was very spacious with all the amenities we needed. Very clean and exactly as photos. We stayed in 7-2. 3 bedrooms and 2 wash rooms. Would definitely use again.

  We arrived later than planned but Valentino greeted us with keys and essential instructions for the apartment, once we were inside it was instantly obvious we had made the right choice, 3 good sized bedrooms, well equipped kitchen, beautiful lounge/balcony overlooking the beach. Central to everywhere. The is a lift for ease of access, it is spotlessly clean. Valentino was available at all times. I can't recommend him or the apartment highly enough

  arrived friday 7th sept 2020 very disappointed advert said Luxury we got a store room that was outdated and dirty light fittings and cupboards hanging off ceilings and walls one light working in dingy dark bathrooms that smelt of sewage no where to put our clothes as all cupboards full of her things floor tiles cracked walls cracking from light switches so full of furniture everywhere special the small single bedroom where a table and chairs was stacked at the end of the bed room was that small before you couldnt swing a cat but worse 2 things advert on booking.com stated swimming pool on arrive I asked where it was and she pointed to the beach !!!! She speaks no English has to translate on her mobile and for the 1st 3 days we had no hot water contacted her friday night telling her this no reply till sat afternoon she came looked at it messed with it and said give it 2 hours still nothing texted again came sunday then phoned someone ?? engineer or friend who came and said boiler needed replacing she then said she'd more us the next day to which i insisted it would be that day as already had had 3 cold showers she eventually texted 7pm that night and told us to make our own way to an address sent on the text we arrived at 2nd apartment which was alot smaller than the 1st nice and modern but stupid things wrong on suite bathroom door opened inwards so you had to squeeze into the space to open and shut door and everytime you tried to get out the switch came on and cold water all over you no hand rail for towels or anywhere to put your clothes nowhere in shower for toiletries no toilet roll holder or rubbish bin all these things where missing in the 2nd bathroom aswell and both showers leaking everytime used and flooded bathrooms and in main bedroon no wardrobe or draws to put clothes we asked for sea view on original booking this apartment was down side street opposite local shops and you can see the sea just from balcony both apartments gr8 location but both lacking in basic needs to make the holiday enjoyable best thing about 1st apartment was the sea view but there was no balcony all in all would not use this apartment again and booking.com need to do more checks as their reputaion will be affected by these people who falsely advertise
