A very nice complex apartment the rooms with clean and tidy I'm very spacious very reasonable price the staff was pleasant and intended to everything you needed well worth visiting it hopefully I will be booking it next year in a very nice location a 15-minute walk to Morgan's Tavern

Had 9 nights here in August, superb staff and room spotless on arrival. View from the huge balcony was great. See you again in November

Apartments were adequate but the woman on the desk is the rudest receptionist I've ever had the misfortune to encounter. Like something from Prisoner Cell Block H. Needs to learn some manners.

These are fantastic apartments, spotlessly clean on arrival, you do have to maintain it yourself during your stay, not an issue, all the staff were very friendly and helpful especially Jesse on the nightshift. Great location for the night life, 5 min walk down the Rd and you're in the centre of things but still far enough away that you don't get any noise. The only downside was the pool beds are extremely uncomfortable and there is no shaded area around the pool. I would definitely stay here again.

Really disappointed with our holiday, arrived at the apartment to find out that the hotel is completely no smoking ?? (not even on the balcony) so being on the 18th floor meant it was a nightmare to go outside for a smoke, the superior room was so small. Said one bedroom apartment, it was two twin beds that moved all the time and the area was just separated by sliding doors with no soundproof! The room itself needed some TLC and the balcony was dirty upon arrival and the balcony had sunbeds but we didn't get any sun on them to make use of them. The air conditioningwas poor too. Basically we had to spend all the time we had away from the apartments so the upgrade etc was a waste of time. The staff were rude and was treated badly when asking to borrow an iron! The lifts were slow and hot. The location was good though, and the only member of staff that seemed nice was the guy who handled our checkout. We couldn't wait to get out of there. It was a special occasion too and it was completely ruined. Jet2 need to advertise that the property is completely no smoking and fines will be charged if a tiny bit of tobacco is found in the room/balcony.. poor experience and yes we shouldn't smoke but its our choice! Didn't use pool so can't comment on that... security of the building was good though, felt like big brother was watching us all the time ??
