    We stayed here for one night travelling through with a dog. We found the room a very good size, clean and very comfortable. There was a grass area just at the bottom of the ramp for our dog to exercise. Excellent location with lots of restaurants and bars to explore. Would definitely go back and recommend.     Absolute shambles No air con in room and all round hotel was warm.Receptionist as listed a few times are not interested and rude,mamager no where to seen, tried telling me no refund as its a non refundable booking,soon changed that as I demanded full refund as booked a hotel with aircon 35 degrees was like sleeping in a sauna.Cancelled booking found another hotel, you managers need to train you're staff or tell them to find a job thats not customer facing.Totally ruined our short time in a lovely burgos...

    A group of friends & I had a very disappointing experience on arrival here. The lady in reception very obviously does not have much time for "pilgrim" clientele. A disdainful greeting followed by some very sharp interaction was our initial experience. While waiting for all our group to regather ( after walking 30+Kms) this lady did not tell us we needed to book the sauna 30mins in advance or that towels for the pool/,spa area were available at €1 at reception. Would have been simple informative & effective. Even retrieving our luggage managed to upset her! Check out in the morning was a little slow too...obviously staff trying going on.Please do not allow your senior receptionist to train your new staff..Otherwise a beautiful clean hotel in great location.     Receptionists bad day became our bad stay!!

    The hotel itself was in a fantastic location and was spotlessly clean throughout. After a long day walking the Camino, the pool was an absolute highlight and exactly what was needed to relax and recover.Unfortunately, the entire experience was overshadowed by the receptionist on duty during our stay. She was extremely unfriendly, unwelcoming, and frankly one of the rudest hospitality staff members I’ve encountered. First impressions matter, and her attitude made us feel like an inconvenience rather than paying guests. For someone working in a public-facing hospitality role, her behaviour was completely inappropriate and really let the hotel down. It’s a shame because the facilities themselves were otherwise excellent.
