  This is not a 4 star hotel!

  We are staying over night in this hotel & I have never such a bad experience with the supper being dried fried pork and chip that tasted as if it was weeks old. Then to crown it all the restaurant staff were so unfriendly. We asked for another bottle of wine which took 15 minutes to come. As I say I would rate this as a two star hotel.

  OK hotel, well situated to walk into town. It is a little run down and the rooms are fairly small. The breakfast is above average though and the staff is friendly. Down side is they do not have their own parking so you either park on the street if you can find a spot or in the Plaza Major parking garage which is a 5 minute walk.

  Was brought here after our vehicle broke down, wow lovely hotel, multi-lingual staff, comfy beds with memory foam mattress toppers. They do do breakfast which is buffet style continental and scrambled eggs sausage bacon. No evening meals sadly, however, a 3 min walk and you're in the town. The reception team are super esp Luis and Almudena, they welcome you with a smile as sunny as the country. I will be back xx

  We were last minute guests, having tried to find another place unsuccessfully negotiating the confusing one way system.It has two drawbacks; 1. the car park is about 5 min walk but is secure underground and 2. The decor is mostly OK but needs attention - see photo of stained carpets in corridors. Plus the floor covering in our room was smart but didn't fit well so had bad creaking!HOWEVER, the staff are really excellent and the dining area is very well maintained and serves a really superb breakfast.So all in all we'd be happy to recommend it on understanding its getting tired but only a bit of maintenance could fix that.

  Great hotel helpful staff parking was a pain.

  Great hotel very clean and tidy rooms helpful staff good position in the town lots of back streets to explore. My only complaint was the secure parking for the motorcycles was a 5 - 6 minutes walk to an underground public car park not ideal in full leathers on a hot day after a long ride.
