    Lost and found? More like found and lost again.

    Someone in our group forgot a brand new tshirt in our hotel room. Once we noticed after we had left, we immediately called the hotel to ask if housekeeping had found it in our room. They did and were willing to keep it for us because we were coming back to the hotel in a month anyway. Well, when we came back to collect it, they beat around the bush when we first asked about it, to then proceed and give us an old and dirty tshirt that wasn't ours. When we pointed that out, they said they'd continue looking and we should come and ask again in the morning. Morning came, and they still hadn't found it (because they didn't bother looking again until we showed up in the morning) even though in the system it was marked as having been found. They either have thieves among their staff (really, stealing a basic tshirt?), or have a badly organized lost-and-found system because what's the point if you lose the item after having found it. It's called 'lost and found", not "found and lost".

    Stayed one night during our road trip around Spain and Portugal. The Hotel is modern and very well presented. The receptionists were efficient and polite. The rooms were outstanding; very clean, smelt great and were very functional.Dinner was excellent, menu choices were good and the service first class.After a great nights sleep, breakfast was superb with a large selection of cooked and cold food; plus sweet pastries. The freshly squeezed orange juice was my favourite. Great hotel, thoroughly recommend and we will be returning.

    I cannot fault the hotel, restaurant or staff. This was the first time back to the hotel following my father's stroke here 4 years ago. The help then and on this this visit was excellent. The only query is concerning what appears to be a double charge for rooms, which may be due to upgrading the room and checking in early.

    Ok for a stopover, dog friendly, helpful staff, good bar area and food. Breakfast good quality and plentiful. Rooms are good size, but was hot in there with zero air con. We were allocated a room at the rear of the hotel this was noisy from the motorway just at the rear. Probably would stay here again but only if room at front
