Convenient hotel to old town but I think the hotel needs to purchase car parking facilities closer to hotel. Car park a long long distance away. Takes at least one hour from checking in to unloading suitcases and paid parking in city car park and walk back. Taxi an option I guess.Also, in marketing photos hotel promotes a lovely outside eating area. In reality, staff completely discourage any attempt at breakfast/lunch/dinner in this outside space.

Although difficult to access ( through no fault of the parador), once there, it was a most relaxing experience. The building is beautiful and our large room was more like a suite and very comfortable. The staff were very amenable and the restaurant experience was fab too. An exceptional place to stay. Highly recommendable.

A beautiful building and location in the old town. Our room was extremely comfortable and the breakfast was excellent.

A little difficult to get to if travelling by your own car, but brilliantly situated otherwise. Is probably better for the older demographic as they seemed to be the bulk of the clientele.The bed was very small - we are both tall & could barely fit. There was also no controlOver the heating so it was very warm. Not great if you are not used to central heating.Friendly staff and the dinner at the restaurant was delicious.

We had a remarkable stay in an incredible room (201) which we were sad to leave and even sadder to hear this room may soon be unavailable in its current configuration. The staff and accommodations were terrific.
