Very nice place, clean and cosy rooms. The pool and pool bar was chill and music was catchy and suttle. We had a great time at this hotel located pretty central !

    Visiting the Hotel Exe Guadalete

    rating21 Mar 2025

The Hotel Exe Guadalete was one of our hotel stops on our Globus tour of Andalusia. This is definitely not a 4-Star Hotel but it was interesting in its own unique way. It was the first place I had ever seen beer in the vending machine.Though I didn't get into the pool, I sat outside of it one evening and found it to be nice and quite large. The breakfast spread was also pretty decent. The toiletries were some of the better ones we had on our tour, as well. The hotel isn't close to any tourist attractions so you may have to get a taxi or an uber if you want to visit any of the sites in Jerez. Since Jerez is the world's Sherry capital, there are many Sherry bodegas to visit. I highly recommend doing so!

    Hotel in need of TLC

    rating14 Jul 2023

This hotel is barely mediocre and should be considered a three star, definitely not a 4. The rooms and amenities are run down, and the hotel is not conveniently located - a good 20-30 minute walk to the center. Definitely needs an update. Photos of the pool are quite deceiving. There were leaves in and around the pool and the area just didn’t feel kept up. The pros: The hotel staff at check-in were extremely gracious and kind. They helped us get a taxi and gave us great tips on touring. We liked the shampoo/body wash/hand wash and lotion dispensers in the room. The breakfast was wonderful. There’s fun upbeat music playing by the pool. However, in all honesty we would never book this hotel again, and for a bit more would select a nicer, more conveniently located stay.

    Cumpleaños sin tratamiento 4 estrella

    rating15 Nov 2021

Was in this hotel several times in the past but last October when I went again in Jerez to celebrate my birthday with my girlfriend, was very surprised by little attention, little customer care and most of all felt not welcome… I wonder what I was paying for defenitly not for a 4 star hotel…

Beautiful oasis a little walk from city center

    rating20 Sept 2021

We went to visit Jerez and relax a the pool a bit. These goals are certainly reached. The pool is in a beautiful garden, lots of beds and an poolbar which unfortunately was closed due to covid. Pool water was great, size was very good and the flowers and trees made it a very nice place to relax. Our room was big, no balcony (we knew that of course). Breakfast was good, bot the best we had (no live cooking of eggs and pancakes) but everything was there plenty and refill was good. Unfortunately all bars and restaurants in the hotel were closed. That was the only bad thing we noticed. We don't understand this, all other hotels we stayed in during this trip had bars and restaurants open and when a big bus full of tourist arrived they were having dinner. A bit strange. But we walked to the center l, which is highly recommended with all the squares with all these terraces and restaurants.
