  Great hotel, amazing service and wonderful location!

  I am very fussy when it comes to good hotels but this hotel was excellent. Everything was superb! From the bottle of sherry in the room to the excellent breakfast!   Whoa! The Duncurins have been fortunate to stay at some wonderful hotels, the world over. The Maria Luisa must rate right up there at the very top of our hotel experiences. Its location is perfect. It is a converted convent and for sure this has given the structure of the building some wonderful interior and exterior elevations. To this has been added fabulous improvements and upgrades while still retaining the history and quality of the original. There is not a wall, a fitting or a fixture within that seems out of place and one gains the impression that each component has been selected for its quality , its tastefulness and its contribution to the magnificent whole. The impactful central staircase with the glass atrium which spans above it is worth a visit on its own. Of course it’s not just a pretty face, as it has service which is as attentive and efficient as it is friendly and wonderful food coupled with an excellent bar service. Towards evening, the turn down maid attends to make sure that everything is on track and she comes with a couple of chocolates for your pillow and a delightful teddy bear to act as a memento of your stay. If you are able to afford a night or two at this stunning hotel then as you leave it will come down to something simple yet profound: that your life has not been without some very special memories and experiences; and I promise you this will be included in those.   EXCEPTIONAL EXPERIANCE

  This beautiful property has been renovated to the highest possible standards. The attention to detail throughout the property is exceptional. Our room 16 was finished to the highest standard as was the spacious bathroom. We ate an exceptional and well priced T22 restaurant. Staff were friendly and helpful. This will be our go to place next time we visit Jerez and will recommend to family and friends. The breakfast alone was a celebration: imagine three luxurious butters to savor, eggs so fresh they seemed laid just days ago by happy hens, alongside vibrant fruits, flaky pastries, and an exquisite selection of cheeses and meats artfully presented at our table.But the room itself stole my heart—soaring 22-foot ceilings created a sense of grand elegance, while the gorgeous claw-foot tub invited long, indulgent soaks, and the majestic poster bed made me feel absolutely regal, like a queen in her own sanctuary.   A top notch boutique hotel .. a must stay, we will be back.

  Probably one of the best boutique hotels we have stayed in. The service was excellent, shout out to Borja and Felix who were very kind and helpful. The hotel is classy and elegant, the art collection and general decor was top notch. Be sure you enjoy all the spaces, from the Macallan whisky bar to the back patio and delightful garden. Great location , the valet service was a nice touch as parking is 10 minutes of so away. Only wish for us was to have booked a larger room, which we will do when we return later this year. The restaurant was a little disappointing, service was good but food not so much. There are so many great restaurants in walking distance, highly recommend La Carbona, which was excellent.
