This hotel is located in the tourist centre of Jerez de la Frontera just a few minutes from the town centre. Countless shopping venues as well as a diverse selection of bars and restaurants lie a few paces from the hotel and it is 20 km to the nearest beach.

    The hotel is in a good location, easy walking to the Plaza del Arenal. There are lots of bars on the way. We had a superior room for 2 nights, with a kettle and a fridge. The room overlooked a square. There is garage parking at the hotel. Good value.

    Nice hotel , good location. Reception staff were very friendly, efficient and helpful. Not 5 stars as I would have liked a kettle in the room and for a hotel of this size I expect a bar not just drinks to buy in the lobby. Lots of restaurants nearby.

    We stayed for just one night, and overall were disappointed. The receptionist was lovely and professional on check-in. The location is also really good. However, the room was basic, and overall the hotel could do with an upgrade. The breakfast spread was also disappointing. It certainly doesn't feel like a 4-star hotel. On returning at night, we bought 2 small bottles of water from the night receptionist and were charged 5 euro! In 20+ years visiting Spain, we have never been charged such a ludicrous amount for water. Wouldn't return.

    The purpose was a hotel as I was at Jerez race circuit for the week, location is good and hotel has secure parking, front of desk staff who booked me in very helpful, and when I had issues making a payment, it transpired two payments were taken from my credit card, A couple of evening later the gentleman when next on duty came to speak with me and advised of the error and payment had been put back on my credit card.Clean room,though mattress was a little hard, good location for getting into the centre of Jerez with plenty of places to eat.Breakfast was okay and there is a selection. Should I need to go back to Jerez I would stay at this hotel again.
