  I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The service from the staff was consistently excellent across all areas—reception, housekeeping, and the restaurant. Everyone I interacted with made a clear effort to provide attentive, friendly, and efficient service. It’s refreshing to see a team committed to ensuring guests feel welcome and well looked after.   Very poor service

  We stayed at the hotel for two nights while touring southern Spain.The standard of the room and facilities were overall a good standard.What was very disappointing was the attitude of the staff.Firstly we wanted to book a table in the restaurant to watch the football.When we enquired we were told you can’t book a table but were advised to return at 8pm when a table would be available.When we’re returned as requested we were told all tables are booked up ! There was one couple dining when we arrived.We complained at the reception desk who were very indifferent and when I said I would put that in my feedback the response was and I quote’you can do what you like’We walked to another local restaurant to eat and watch the game,on our return my wife went to the restaurant because we had run out of milk in the room to make a cup of tea.The answer to the request was a point blank No,she then said can I purchase a small glass of milk to make a cup of tea and the answer was she would charged 1.8e.Unbelievably poor service.It would appear customer service at this hotel falls massively below the standard you would expect.This poor attitude and indifference is obviously the standard accepted by management at this hotel.   A clean, comfy room with a very satisfying breakfast!

  The location is good, however a bit far from the city center.. If you don't mind walking about 20-25 minutes, I believe it's much better than staying in the center.. They offer parking but it's not free and entry/exit is available by an elevator which makes it a bit hard on busy days or hours.. You've gotta wait a bit and the street is not suitable at all for that.. Staff was very friendly and helpful, breakfast was amazing.. Rooms might need some touch, but it was very clean, neat and spacious.. Wifi connection was flawless..   Basic hotel, a good 2 miles from Cadiz centre.

  Noisy ! The traffic noise outside is ALL NIGHT, no slowing down, no lessening, it's really loud. Hotel is basic 3 star hotel, not pretty, but clean, and comfortable-ish. We got 2 twin beds for some reason, and then they joined them together with a sheet the 2nd night. Bathroom very basic, but good lighting. Room was spacious. But no frills or pleasant additions at all. 1 black tea bag. No aircon, and the room got to a sweltering 25 degres, in NOVEMBER !! We forced the window open to get some air, and wedged the door open with bathtowels. It was that hot. Breakfast is plentiful, lots of choice, but cheap and unwholesome foods. Staff were all - every single one - EXCELLENT, and cannot be faulted. We were kindly able to keep our room til 2.15pm, for free, and that is a wonderful thing.
