Location

The hotel is situated in an excellent area. Directly on La Playa de Victoria, it is surrounded by restaurants where guests can taste the best gastronomy in Cadiz. Bus stops of line 1 and 7 are close by with a direct route to the historic city centre in less than 10 minutes. Bars, pubs and nightspots are close at hand, and shopping venues are some 20 minutes' walk away. Jerez Airport is approximately 40 km away.

Facility

The hotel has 13 apartments, 4 single rooms and 44 double rooms, which are located on 7 storeys and are reachable by lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Services such as a baggage storage service, a safe and a drinks machine ensure a comfortable stay. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. Wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. Additional amenities include a TV room, a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (for a fee). Rooms

Rooms are equipped with air conditioning and individually adjustable heating. Guests can relax and enjoy the sea views from the balcony or private terrace of some rooms. Some of the wheelchair-friendly rooms have a wheelchair-accessible bathroom. The hotel has family rooms, non-smoking rooms and smoking rooms.

Sun loungers and parasols on the terrace invite guests to relax and unwind. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. For guests who wish to keep active, cycling/mountain biking and golf are available. Water sports enthusiasts are offered windsurfing.     Clean, but poor service experience.

    The hotel has a good location. If you are paying the price, you can get a sea view room. We rent an apartment and it was spacious and clean. However, this place is not a 4 star standard. The apartment is very poorly equipped. The furniture is shabby. The service is definitely to be improved. We asked various times for elementary things such as a dish towel, which in the case that no dishwasher is available would be useful. Or for an extra towel for the bathroom. Every time we were told that this is no problem, but it was never delivered. And no one informed us why it was not possible. On the other hand, we had to pay everything in advance, and when asking if we cannot pay when checking out, we were told, it's a demand from the management. The place is ok, but the experience is really disappointing.     Need some TLC for the price they charge

    An overpriced small hotel near the beach, the corner room was very hot with poor isolation, even on the 4th floor you could hear everything going on on the street below. The breakfast options was average and coffee machine slow. The staff was polite. The room was sparsely furnished with a few plastic chairs.
